科学发展观的认知和实践转化及规律

理论转化是一个认识活动和实践活动相结合的过程。科学发展观转化过程既遵循人的思想形成的知、情、信、意、行诸要素均衡发展的过程,同时也反映了"实践、认识、再实践、再认识"的人类认识发展一般规律,是一个包括理解理论、价值认同、科学践行等环节的反复循环的认识过程。把握科学发展观的转化过程及其规律,对于推进中国特色社会主义建设具有深刻的现实意义和理论意义。     

The Influence of Footwear Sole Hardness on Slip Characteristics and Slip‐Induced Falls in Young Adults

Theoretically, a shoe that provides less friction could result in a greater slip distance and foot slipping velocity, thereby increasing the likelihood of falling. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sole hardness on the probability of slip‐induced falls. Forty young adults were randomized into a hard or a soft sole shoe group, and tested under both nonslippery and slippery floor conditions using a motion analysis system. The proportions of fall events in the hard‐ and soft‐soled shoe groups were not statistically different. No differences were observed between shoe groups for average slip distance, peak and average heel velocity, and center of mass slipping velocity. A strong association was found between slip distance and the fall probability. Our results demonstrate that the probability of a slip‐induced fall was not influenced by shoe hardness. Once a slip is induced, slip distance was the primary predictor of a slip‐induced fall.     

猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒的免疫学研究进展

从猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒的主要抗原蛋白、持续性感染、细胞免疫、体液免疫和免疫抑制几方面论述了猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒与宿主之间存在复杂的免疫相互作用,旨在为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗的设计与研制提供新的思路和方法。     

How Useful is Basal Renal Tubular Epithelial Cell Vacuolization as a Marker for Significant Hyperglycemia at Autopsy?

Basal vacuolization of renal tubular epithelial cells (so-called Armanni-Ebstein phenomenon) has been attributed to hyperglycemia causing accumulation of cytoplasmic glycogen. Review of 34 autopsy cases with significant hyperglycemia (vitreous glucose ≥ 15 mmol/L/270 mg/dL) was undertaken to determine whether there was any significant association between the degree of hyperglycemia and the severity of this morphological change (graded as 0, 1+, 2+, and 3+). No association was demonstrated. Review of the subgroup of 14 cases with terminal hyperglycemia without ketoacidosis was then undertaken to assess the effect of hyperglycemia in isolation on renal tubular epithelial cells. Vitreous glucose levels in these 14 cases ranged from 17 to 49.7 mmol/L (306-894.6 mg/dL) with a mean of 26.25 mmol/L (472.5 mg/dL) and β-hydroxybutyrate levels ranged from 0.02 to 2.55 mmol/L (0.36-45.9 mg/dL) with a mean 0.79 mmol/L (14.22 mg/dL). Not one of the latter cases displayed basal vacuolization. No relationship between basal vacuolization of renal tubular epithelial cells at autopsy and terminal hyperglycemia could, therefore, be demonstrated.     

Detection of phentermine in hair samples from drug suspects

Phentermine (PT) has been widely used as an anti-obesity drug. This drug has to be used with caution due to its close resemblance with amphetamines in its structure and toxicity profile. Recently, PT is in distribution by illegal modes and is found to be available through sources such as the internet, thus their misuse and/or abuse is threatening to be a serious social issue. In the present study, 32 cases of drug suspects were observed for PT abuse, detected using hair samples for drug analysis. PT and other amphetamines, such as methamphetamine (MA), amphetamine (AP), 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDMA) and 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), were extracted using 1% HCl in methanol for 20 h at 38°C. The extracts were derivatized with trifluoroacetic anhydride (TFAA) and analyzed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Among the 32 cases of PT abuse, MA and its main metabolite, AP were identified in seven cases and MDMA and its main metabolite, MDA were detected in two other cases.     

对危险驾驶罪若干问题的思考

2011年5月1日,《中华人民共和国刑法修正案（八）》正式生效。其中危险驾驶罪与社会生活的联系最为紧密,在制定和实施过程中一直受到较高关注。而且,危险驾驶行为在司法实践中复杂多变,短时期内难以形成统一规范的执法标准。所以,在司法实践中不断总结完善,形成规范统一、科学合理的危险驾驶罪认定体系,显得尤为重要。     

网络考试系统在我院教学中的应用研究

在信息化技术不断发展的今天,传统考试模式已经无法满足考试需求,各大院校纷纷建设起自己的网络教学模式和网络考试系统。通过分析我院目前的考试形式,探讨了传统纸质考试模式的弊端和信息化网络考试系统的优势,重点阐述了网络考试系统在我院教学中应用的必要性和可行性,并且研究了网络考试系统的开发建设工作。     

恶意透支型信用卡诈骗罪之批判与重构

近年来,信用卡诈骗罪呈现多发态势,尤其是恶意透支型信用卡诈骗。虽然这只是个罪,但其影响已经超出个罪的范畴,且逐渐发展成为一个社会性问题。在刑事审判实践中,通过对恶意透支型信用卡诈骗罪主客观方面构成要件的解读,发现了这一个罪解读中存在的两个悖论。其主要原因是该罪的入罪门槛过低,刑罚权的干预范围过大,同时法律条文自身也存在一些问题。要修订该法条,可以借鉴德国立法模式,将恶意透支型信用卡诈骗行为从信用卡诈骗罪中剥离出来,独立成罪。
