雄安新区建设中群体性事件防范研究

雄安新区建设是举世瞩目的伟大工程。在这个相对漫长的过程中,牵扯了太多人的利益,当地居民更是面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。积极稳健地推进建设进程,照顾到各方利益的均衡,及时发现影响社会安定的因素,避免引发群体性事件,是新区管理者、建设者义不容辞的责任。要从健全社会保障体系、加强沟通交流机制、重视源头预防、完善冲突化解机制入手,才能有效的抑制群体性事件的发生,为新区建设提供良好的社会环境。

Analysis of the impurities in the methamphetamine synthesized by three different methods from ephedrine and pseudoephedrine

Organic impurities of methamphetamine may show different patterns by synthesis. In the present study, we tried to find the impurities reflecting the conditions of synthesis by comparing impurity patterns of the methamphetamine samples synthesized by different methods. Sixteen methamphetamine samples were synthesized from ephedrine and pseudoephedrine by the three different manufacturing methods of Emde, Nagai and Moscow. The synthesized samples were extracted with ethyl acetate containing four internal standards, and the patterns of the organic impurities were investigated by GC-MS and GC-FID . Through the investigation, we found 10 peaks appearing in the latter part of GC chromatograms are characteristic to synthesis. The areas of the selected peaks were converted to the variables suitable for the statistical calculation, and the synthesized samples could be classified into four groups through the resultant cluster analysis.     

人类mtDNA控制区异质性

目的观察mtDNA的点突变异质性和长度异质性。方法运用直接测序法对50名无关个体及16名母系家族成员的血液、口腔上皮细胞、头发的mtDNAHVI、HVII区序列进行分析,并对20例HVI区直接测序失败的无关个体进行克隆后测序分析。结果同一个体的三种检材样本及16名母系家族成员的序列一致,未见异质性存在;同一个体的不同克隆的C延伸区的长度有差异,存在长度异质性。但同一个体的血液和头发具有相似的长度变异类型,即长度异质性在组织间无差异。结论mtDNA碱基序列具有同质性及稳定性,适用于法医学检案。     

浅论社区民警角色分析与工作技能要求

社区警务是一个警方同群众互相作用的过程,为适应这一新型警务模式的要求,社区民警应进行角色调整,树立以社区民众为本、创新、整合及职能转变的理念。社区民警应拥有良好的素质,并应从制度上保证其持久素质的养成。其在社区中的主要工作应包含宣传与教育、信息收集、人口和治安管理、治安防范和服务等几方面。同时,必须建立以考核社区民警工作实效为主的考核、奖惩制度,其工作好坏应由社区群众做出评价。     

我国未成年人社区矫正的瓶颈与突破简

鉴于未成年人心智尚不成熟,极容易在鱼龙混杂的监狱中受到监狱亚文化的侵蚀而形成“监狱人格”,导致其再次触犯法网.社区矫正因其具有非监禁性、社会参与性等特点,可以更有效地矫正未成年人犯罪心理、预防重新犯罪.尽管未成年人社区矫正已取得一定成效,但是仍存在立法空白、保障机制及专业的矫正方法欠缺等问题.因此,如何完善我国未成年犯社区矫正制度是当下亟须解决的问题.     

Computer Self-Efficacy and e-Government Service Adoption: The Moderating Role of Age as a Demographic Factor

This article investigated the moderating role of age on the positive relationship between computer self-efficacy (CSE) and intention to use e-government services.The Technology Acceptance Model was used as the theoretical framework for this study while the data was analyzed with SPSS. The results showed that age as a demographic factor was significant and positively moderates the impact of CSE on the intention to use e-government services. Also, CSE was a significant predictor of the intention to use but age does not have a direct significant impact on the intention to use. The implications of these findings are discussed.

Barkashov, speaks of himself as a national‐socialist, and praises Hitler's deeds for Germany. The RNE has pledged to establish a system of ethnic segregation in Russia were it to come to power.
