《二十世纪中国社会科学》(共十三卷,由上海市社会科学界联合会发起、组织编纂)问世了,不同学科领域的专家学者们以认真负责的态度、孜孜不倦的努力,向我们奉献了这份集智慧、精神、思想于一体的丰厚财富。100年,是一个漫长的过程,社会历经沧桑变迁,而社会科学的发展变化也是跌宕起伏、纷繁复杂。毋用置疑,将这一过程系统地进行细致而又严谨的梳理,一定是一个浩大的工程,其任务的繁重也可想而知。日前,在《二十世纪中国社会科学》的发布会上,各卷的主编交流了编后感。从中能体会编者们的编纂思路及寄予其中的期许。本刊选辑部分发言,以飨读者。     

应急联动系统的分析、设计与实施

公共安全和公众服务是政府部门一项非常富有挑战性的工作。如何高效利用有限的资源,提高政府对紧急事件快速反应和抗风险的能力,并为市民提供更快捷的紧急救助服务,日益成为加强城市管理的主要内容之一。随着社会的不断进步,社会发生紧急突发事件的种类更加复杂与多变,传统的应对机制已不能适应日益增多的紧急突发事件处置的需要。     

关于增加高校学生英语词汇量的方法探讨

由于高校学生词汇量的有限性,严重妨碍其更进一步的英语学习。为了能够增加高校学生的英语词汇量,文中提出了详细的论述。此次教学实践是通过精心设计的单词学习方法来激发起学生的兴趣,这一教学实践随着设计的每周四课时教学的词汇学习方法而加以练习和巩固。     

寓培训于日常管理之中：人力资源培训的一种新思路

目前公职人员培训方面存在的突出问题是供给与需求不平衡。要解决这个问题,除了改革公职制度外,还需引入新的培训思路、探索新的途径。行政领导理论与学习型组织理论为发挥领导及主管人员在日常管理工作中的培训职责提供了理论基础。重视并发挥领导及主管人员在日常管理中的培训职责,对提升员工素质,提高行政管理效率,增强政府部门的服务意识与竞争力具有重要意义。     

A risk marker analysis of assaulted wives

In the wife assault literature, a number of risk markers have been identified. Using the data of the female respondents to the National Family Violence Survey (n = 699), a multivariate analysis was performed to examine which risk factors best differentiated between women involved in nonviolent relationships, verbally aggressive relationships, relationships exhibiting minor physical aggression and severely violent relationships. High levels of marital conflict and lower socioeconomic status emerged as the primary predictors of an increased likelihood of wife assault. Research implications are discussed.     

“TOTALS”: Transfer of technology approached logically and systematically

Most efforts in transferring technology to a specific location are carried out following essentially a research approach. However, imposing the research approach onto a situation for which a specific solution needs to be created or restructured represents an inappropriate transfer of technology. A planning and design approach (PDA) is called for. “TOTALS” is based on planning and design concepts adapted to solving the problems of technology transfer. It is composed of six time-based and repeating phases, comprised of nineteen steps. It is based on four important concepts: a systems view of technology, a Technology Transfer Equation, five different purposeful perspectives regarding technology transfer activities, and a holistic PDA. No particular approach, technique, model or body of knowledge can be said to be predominant.
