非洲经济发展态势研究 --从汇率、通胀率、利率和股市收益率的变化视角分析

近年来,非洲经济呈现持续中速增长态势。与此相伴随,非洲国家的宏观经济环境也日趋改善,主要表现在:过去动荡多变且不断下跌的汇率逐渐走向稳定;过去频频出现的高通胀特别是恶性通胀现象现已很少抬头;长期以来高企的银行利率出现程度不同的下调势头;发展中的股票市场渐入佳境,收益率表现不俗。然而,在非洲整体经济呈现良好发展态势的同时,非洲仍然存在各种制约经济发展的问题和难题,如巨大的地区差异、国别差异,大量贫困人口的存在,严重的失业问题,沉重的债务负担,经济结构单一,等等。     

'Diacuí Killed Iracema': Indigenism, Nationalism and the Struggle for Brazilianness

If categories of 'race' and nationality are social and historical constructions laden with irrefutable meaning and consequences, then ethnic identities, like any other forms of identity, are means to other ends that may or may not be particular. Twentieth‐century indigenist history in Brazil reveals how the cultural politics of indigenism and nationalism can coalesce in a tautological politics of identity that undermines individual liberty and democratic heterogeneity. The concepts 'post‐indigenism,'post‐nationalism' and 'post‐identity' point to the strategic suspension of the infinite heterogeneity of the political subject as a means to widen the ground of shared experience and common interests beyond the realm of hollow and oppressive essentialisms.

生产函数核心要素的演变与经济增长之间存在着内在的相关关系。生产函数核心要素不是固定不变的,其演变的内在机制是与生产力的发展阶段相适应的。生产函数在不同经济发展阶段具有不同的核心要素,其对应的经济增长模型也不尽相同。在生产函数中,核心要素由物质资本向人力资本转变有其必然性。     

侦检一体化：理想与现实

理论界不少人针对公安机关与检察机关“分工负责、互相配合、互相制约”关系中存在的问题,主张我国应当借鉴大陆法系一些国家侦检关系模式,实行侦检一体化,并认为此举必将极大地推动诉讼公正的实现和诉讼效率的提高。但是通过对国外不同侦检关系模式进行深入地考察和对我国侦检关系现状及论者所主张的未来变革进行细致地分析,不难发现,理想与现实相差甚大,“侦检一体化”的主张值得思考。     

浅论原因自由行为理论中的几个问题--兼论原因自由行为理论在我国刑法中的适用

原因自由行为是大陆法系国家的一个重要刑法理论。它一般指行为人由于故意或过失 ,使自己陷于无责任能力或限制责任能力状态 ,并在此状态下实施了危害社会的行为。我国的刑法学对此尚未涉及 ,但现实中是存在的。文章对原因自由行为的主体范围、犯罪类型及罪过形式等问题进行了阐述 ,并论证了原因自由行为理论在我国刑法中的适用。     

猪传染性胃肠炎病毒核衣壳N蛋白基因的克隆与鉴定

根据文献已发表的猪传染性胃肠炎病毒 (TGEV)cDNA基因序列 ,设计和合成 1对引物 ,以TGEVTH 98强毒株基因组mRNA为模板 ,通过RTPCR技术扩增其N基因 ;将RTPCR产物按正确的阅读框架 (ORF)定向克隆到载体pProEXHTb上 ,重组质粒PHN转化进大肠埃希氏菌DH5α株 ,通过酶切分析及序列测定表明已成功获得了TGEVN基因的无性繁殖体系。TH 98强毒株的N基因与Purdue 115株、FS772 / 70株、TO14株、96193 3株及TFⅠ株的核苷酸序列的同源性分别为 99%、97%、97%、95 %和 96% ,氨基酸序列的同源性分别为 99%、97%、98%、96%和 97%。     

Trade union behaviour and inter-regional variations in unemployment rates

An important problem in the political economy of the UK is that the disparity of unemployment rates across its regions is much more marked than the corresponding dispersion of wage rates. One possibility is that this is due to the attitude of trade unions to their members in different regions. If unions wish to preserve parity between members in different regions then they will value wage equality between regions over and above wage levels. This may then persuade them to overlook inter-regional productivity differences in setting wages. The price that low-efficiency regions will then pay for this desire for wage equality is higher unemployment rates.Much of the research for this paper was carried out while the author was visiting the Trade Union Economics Research Institute (FIEF), Stockholm in 1989.
