一、经济危机加剧了企业中劳动关系的紧张 改革开放以来,中国经济快速增长的过程是一个不断融入全球化的过程。在这一历史进程中,我们看到的不仅是中国人口从农村向城市、从内地向沿海的巨大流动，还应该看到这一流动背后的资本力量。

大规模城市化能够极大地刺激经济增长，能够对商品房和其他相关产品和服务产生巨大需求，这使中国的发展还有相当大的潜力。但同时，随着人口向社区、向基层组织的流动，也对如何进行劳动者合法权益保护提出许多新挑战。改革开放以来，城市化的快速进程改变着中国的各种组织形态，呼唤着社会组织与经济组织的共同发育与发展，并在历史转型中扮演好自己的角色。     

专利恶意诉讼及其法律应对

以专利作为工具提起的恶意诉讼是近年来出现的新生事物,在理论界鲜有研究,司法实践中也因对此类诉讼的认识不足而出现了大相径庭的判决.从近年来有代表性的三个专利恶意诉讼提出问题,从恶意诉讼的概念、法理及法律构成要件展开分析,提出了专利恶意诉讼的法律应对措施,重点分析专利恶意诉讼与确认不侵犯专利权诉讼之间的关系和协调.     

The Rockefeller and Gates Foundations in Global Health Governance

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) is the world's wealthiest philanthropic organisation and a major player in global health governance. While its emergence may be dramatic, BMGF's role in global health mirrors the experience of the Rockefeller Foundation's International Health Division nearly 100 years earlier. Both organisations provoked fear and consternation, but their supporters argued that both offered innovative techniques and filled niches governments could not or would not address. This article examines the parallels in arguments for and against the global health activities between the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation. It also calls into question larger questions about the role of private actors in global governance and whether their activities in recent years are really all that unprecedented.     

Patriotic history and anti-LGBT rhetoric in Zimbabwean politics

Over the past 20 years, President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe and his political party, Zimbabwe African National Union – Patriotic Front (ZANU-PF), have relied heavily on political rhetoric that demonizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) persons. In this paper, it is argued that the anti-LGBT political rhetoric in Zimbabwe is part of a larger program known as “patriotic history,” which emphasizes a particular kind of Zimbabwean identity to legitimize the continued rule of Mugabe and ZANU-PF. The value of combining patriotic history and political homophobia emerges out of the unique political and economic context which Mugabe’s regime found itself unable to adequately address. To illustrate how and why this has happened, the paper focuses on two key incidents: the 1995 Zimbabwe International Book Fair, and the public conversation over writing a new constitution between 2010 and 2013.

目前,全球正面临着新冠病毒肆虐引发的当代最大公共卫生危机的挑战。为了应对全球重大疫情,维护人类健康,保障人类福祉,各国政府、非政府机构、大学、科研院所、司法机构等近期就知识产权如何应对新冠病毒联手行动,纷纷出谋划策,制订并实施了一系列新举措,使知识产权成为抗击新冠病毒肺炎的一个有效法律工具。     

White Women,Anti-Imperialist Feminism and the Story of Race within the US Women's Liberation Movement

ABSTRACT

Histories are re-writing what Sherna Berger Gluck famously called the ‘master historical narrative’ of the US WLM, especially in historicizing the efforts of feminists of colour. This paper echoes this by exploring how white feminists embraced racial justice politics, particularly during the early 1970s, when it is often assumed that white feminists failed to enact racial justice. In historicizing the efforts of white anti-imperialist feminists in greater Boston, I maintain that the ‘master historical narrative’ wrote not only black, Chicana and multiracial feminisms out of history, but that it skewed our understanding of the race politics of white, US feminists.

专利制度是激励社会创新、鼓励社会成员发明创造的最有效制度之一。随着国家和企业知识产权战略的发展完善,提供知识产权中介服务的专利律师和专利代理人的数量将会增加。本文着眼于世界发达国家的现行专利中介服务体系,通过比较研究,找准差距,看清问题,在充分借鉴外国经验的基础上,立足本国现实,提出可行的改进措施,提高我国专利中介服务的水平和能力,建立我国高效、协调的专利中介服务体系。
