印度尼西亚当地华裔学生的华语学习情况调查分析——以印度尼西亚爪哇岛井里汶市为例

本文以印度尼西亚西爪哇省的主要国际贸易港口城市井里汶市为例,对当地华裔学生的华语学习情况做了一个调查,这些学生年龄偏小;课堂学习华语的时间较少,课外学习时间不够;学习途径单一,主要通过课堂教学;学习兴趣不高;学习动机多样且不明确。对此,笔者提出三大教学对策:一是学校积极采取措施,创造良好的华语校园环境;二是教师抓好课堂教学,营造积极的课堂学习氛围;三是学生延伸学习时间,开拓多元的自主学习资源。     

中国涉非领事保护分析

近期,在非洲国家频频发生中国公民安全事件,涉非领事保护问题引起广泛关注。通过对中国外交部网站海外安全信息(2006年6月至2012年10月)统计和对在非中资公司进行问卷调查,在非中国公民遭遇的安全风险大致可分为政治风险、社会治安风险、因中国公民自身违法违规行为所带来的安全风险、流行性疾病蔓延、恐怖袭击、海盗袭击、意外事故、经济诈骗和自然灾害几种类型。针对非洲国家安全形势复杂的特点,中国驻非使领馆与在非中资企业积极配合,建立了多样化的预防机制和有效的应急反应机制,保护在非中国公民和中资企业的安全。在目前中国涉非领事保护中仍然存在一些值得思考的问题。

二乙酰吗啡盐酸盐标准物质的研制（1）—均匀性和稳定性检验

目的研制二乙酰吗啡盐酸盐标准物质,并检验其均匀性和稳定性。方法采用中压快速纯化制备系统分离纯化海洛因样品得到二乙酰吗啡盐酸盐,确认其结构后,采用统计学方法进行均匀性检验和稳定性检验。结果二乙酰吗啡盐酸盐标准物质含有0.88个结晶水,其瓶间不均匀性产生的标准不确定度为0.29%,短期和长期稳定性的标准不确定度分别为0.04%和0.46%。结论研制的二乙酰吗啡盐酸盐标准物质均匀性和稳定性良好。     

自含墨印章印文盖印时间受老化条件的影响

目的探索利用气相色谱法较精确、定量测定自含墨印章印文盖印时间受人为老化条件的影响。方法分别在恒温烘烤、紫外线照射、纯水浸泡等人为老化条件下,测定自含墨印章印油中所含有的主要相关溶剂成份的含量变化。结果得出了主要溶剂成份在人为老化条件下其含量的变化规律以及人为老化与自然老化的对应关系。结论利用气相色谱法可以对不同保存条件下自含墨印章印文的盖印时间进行测定,为实际相关案件的检验提供了依据。
