浅谈互联网对高校德育工作的影响及对策

互联网的迅速发展给传统的高校德育工作带来了一系列的问题,既是机遇又是挑战。抓住时机,寻找对策:建立德育和思想政治教育网站;培养新型德育教育工作者;加强互联网的规范管理。     

Legal Aid,Social Workers,and the Redefinition of the Legal Profession in Chile, 1925–1960

This article examines the history of the Chilean Legal Aid Service (Servicio de Asistencia Judicial) from the 1920s until the 1960s. It argues that with the emergence of the “social question”—the concern for improving the lower classes' working and living conditions to promote the nation's modernization and prevent political radicalization—the Chilean legal profession committed to legal aid reform to escape a professional identity crisis. Legal aid allowed lawyers to claim they had a new “social function” advocating on behalf of the poor. However, within legal aid offices, lawyers interacted with female social workers who acted as gatekeepers, mediators, and translators between the lawyers and the poor. This gendered professional complementarity in legal aid offices helped lawyers to put limits on their new “social function”: it allowed them to maintain legal aid as a part‐time activity that did not challenge the structure of the legal system as a whole.     

可持续发展与法律价值的完善--中国法制可持续现代化的路径探究

随着人与自然的危机日益迫切,可持续发展理念应运而生.面对可持续发展的第一波冲击,现有法制必将做出回应性重构.为此,当前法制建设的关键,是把可持续性发展作为一切法律活动的出发点.中国法制的可持续现代化,必将把可持续发展的基本理念纳入到立法、司法和守法之中.     

多头带绦虫六钩蚴Tm45W基因的克隆表达与免疫原性分析

为分析多头带绦虫Tm45W重组蛋白的免疫原性,利用RT-PCR技术首次从激活的多头带绦虫六钩蚴中扩增出多头带绦虫Tm45W基因。将扩增产物重组于原核表达载体pET32a(+)中,构建pET32a-Tm45W表达载体,转化至大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中,经IPTG诱导表达融合蛋白;表达产物进行SDS-PAGE和Western-blot分析后,将纯化的Tm45W重组蛋白免疫小鼠,用ELISA检测其血清抗体。结果显示,Tm45W基因全长为813bp,其开放阅读框为765bp,编码255个氨基酸,与多头带绦虫新疆株多头蚴45m基因(序列号:EU326106)的部分序列同源性为90.60%;表达的重组蛋白大小为45ku,与脑多头蚴病羊血清的免疫印迹分析呈阳性反应;小鼠免疫后第1周血清中即可检测到抗Tm45W蛋白的特异性抗体,并于免疫后第35天达到高峰。结果表明Tm45W重组蛋白具有较好的反应活性,能引起机体较强的体液免疫反应。     

Administration of Justice and Multimodality in Media: Semiotic Translation,Conflict and Compatibility

Law as one sign system can be recorded and interpreted by another sign system—media. If each transaction in court is taken as a sign, it can be interpreted or transferred by different signs of media for the same purpose, though with different effects. This study focuses on the transformative effects of the semiotic revolution in media on law. The present research revealed that the evolution of media has driven the administration of justice to pay more attention to the process of court proceedings. This research also discusses the semiotic conflict and compatibility between the sign subsystems within media upon interpreting the administration of justice. In addition, disequilibrium between different sign systems highlights the consequent need for intersemiotic translation, consciousness and evaluation as part of decision making on court domains.

危险驾驶罪若干问题探析——对《刑法修正案(八)》第22条的解读与展望

《刑法修正案(八)》第22条规定的危险驾驶罪在性质上属于抽象危险犯,该罪的主观方面是故意,客观方面的行为包括追逐竞驶和醉酒驾驶。危险驾驶行为的认定不仅涉及文义解释,还涉及到"情节恶劣"和醉酒状态的认定问题。作为抽象危险犯,该罪也可能存在预备、未遂和中止形态,但从刑法的谦抑性考虑,对其预备、未遂和中止形态应不予刑事处罚。该罪不仅存在共同犯罪问题,还与交通肇事罪和以危险方法危害公共安全罪相关,在司法实践中需予以仔细分析。     

论普选对香港特区政府的影响

即将实行的香港普选,既符合人民主权原则,也使特区政府面临中央和民众的"双重问责"。一方面,当行政决策的地方主体性被加强的同时,特区政府必须处理好与中央意志的平衡问题;另一方面,普选将推动政党、压力团体和民众的广泛政治参与,通过监督决策过程和效果,促使政务公开和透明,使特区政府更加民主和谨慎决策。     

翁文灏与抗战期间的西南大开发

被毛泽东称为"有爱国心的国民党军政人员"的翁文灏,不仅是我国现代地质学的奠基人,而且对中国大西南的开发作出过重大的贡献.当抗战形势需要对大西南进行开发时,翁文灏临危受命,作出组织工矿企业内迁的决策,并领导了这次大迁移.翁文灏主持的资委会开发西南,为抗战胜利作出了很大贡献,给西南引入了先进的管理经验和技术人才,对西南部地区的发展有着积极的意义.     

Postmortem Measurement of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin in Vitreous Humor and Bile

Abstract: Postmortem human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) blood assay can confirm postmortem diagnosis of pregnancy or document situations in which HCG levels are elevated. In some cases, however, blood sampling is not possible at autopsy. In this study, HCG was quantified by enzyme‐linked fluorescent assay (ELFA) in the bile (n = 5), vitreous humor (n = 4), and postmortem blood (n = 4) of five pregnant women. There were no false negatives in the pregnant subjects (n = 5) or false positives in controls (n = 34), enabling this test to be recommended for routine use in forensic contexts in which the detection of elevated HCG levels could be of interest.
