家庭教养方式与大学生职业决策困难的联系:有调节的中介

为探讨不同家庭教养方式影响大学生职业决策困难的作用机制,选取1240名大学生深入考察职业使命感在二者之间的潜在中介作用及性别的调节作用。结果显示,职业使命感在家庭教养方式与职业决策困难之间起中介作用,并且性别调节了"家庭教养方式→职业使命感→职业决策困难"这一中介模型的后半路径。表明积极的家庭教养方式有利于促进职业使命感的导向作用,降低职业决策困难;在男生中职业使命感减轻职业决策困难的作用更强烈。     

探索集团总部经费分摊之路——集团公司党建信息化工作经费分摊工作实践纪实

适应形势发展的要求,中国石油天然气集团有限公司建立了石油党建信息平台,初步实现了党组织建设在网上、党员连在线上的目标。平台建立之初,集团总部承担了全部的开发及运维费用。本着"谁受益、谁承担"的原则,集团财务部于2019年2月牵头组织了以党建信息化平台费用分摊为试点的总部费用分摊工作。目前试点工作已圆满结束。在试点工作开展期间,集团财务部进行了大量艰苦细致的探索性研究和实践,为总部费用分摊积累了宝贵的经验。

三种方法计算气胸CT影像的肺萎陷程度比较

目的探讨临床经验法、手工边界勾画法和软件自动分析法在基于CT影像的气胸致肺萎陷程度计算上的优劣,从而推荐一种客观科学高效的肺萎陷程度计算方法。方法通过三种方法分别计算54例气胸患者的肺萎陷百分比,比较三种方法在计算效率、结果的相关性、准确性、稳定性等方面的差异。结果临床经验法、软件自动分析法与目前公认的手工边界勾画法的结果间存在线性相关(P<0.01),软件自动分析法的准确性更高;在5级及3级分类法中,三种方法之间存在显著一致性,软件自动分析法与手工边界勾画法在百分比判定上的一致性更好;单侧气胸的肺萎陷百分比的一致率高于双侧气胸;同时,软件自动分析法在计算结果的高效性、稳定性等方面具有优势。结论软件自动分析法可以解决现有CT影像的肺萎陷程度计算方法中效率低和稳定性欠佳的问题,且具有准确性高、可操作性强的特点,适合在法医临床实践中广泛应用。
