我国法学教育的现状,难以培养出符合社会需求的法律职业共同体.政法类高职院校应充分落实办学自主权,积极争取,把握机遇,以自身为主体整合法学教育资源成立省级政法学院,使法学教育、法律职业培训和终身化的法律继续教育相互衔接、统一的教育培训制度得以落实.     

Preventing suicide in prisons, part I. Recommendations from the International Association for Suicide Prevention Task Force on Suicide in Prisons

In 2000 the Department of Mental Health of the World Health Organization (WHO) published a guide named Preventing Suicide. A Resource for Prison Officers as part of the WHO worldwide initiative for the prevention of suicide. In 2007 there are new epidemiological data on prison suicide, a more detailed discussion of risk factors accounting for the generally higher rate of suicide in correctional settings in comparison to the general population, and several strategies for developing screening instruments. As a first step, this paper presents an update of the WHO guide by the Task Force on Suicide in Prisons, created by the International Association for Suicide Prevention. A second paper, by the same Task Force, will present some international comparisons of suicide prevention services in correctional facilities.     

法律实训课程的创建与实践(一)--以刑事法综合实训课程的创建与实践为例

高等法律职业教育的人才培养目标是按照法律职业的需要,培养具有综合职业能力的高级专门人才.目前,高等政法院校也开展了一些法律实训教学,但是,其法律实训教学一般仅是某门法律理论课中的一个教学环节,很多高校并未独立设置有法律实训课程.为此,高等政法院校应深入开展法律实训课程的创建和实践活动,创建出适合我国国情的法律实训课程体系.

努力营造浓郁的回族—穆斯林文化氛围,是宁夏发展内陆开放型经济,把宁夏打造成中国面向穆斯林国家的经济文化交流中心的基础性工程,对于突出鲜明的回族特色和增强世界穆斯林国家的认同感有重要作用。为此,应当以显性化、普遍化、规模化、日常化为原则,以具有可视性的外在表现形式或载体为着力点,采取有力措施,从建筑风格、服装服饰、饮食居住、艺术文化、节日文化、文字语言等方面努力加强建设。     

New AFCC Guidelines for Parenting Coordination (2019)

In 2017, AFCC President Annette Burns (2017–18) commissioned a Task Force, led by Dr. Debra Carter, to review the many changes and developments in parenting coordination that had occurred across the United States, in Canada, and across the world in the approximately 12 years since the 2005 Parenting Coordination Guidelines were released. Though primarily commissioned to update and revise the 2005 Guidelines, the Task Force also identified emerging issues in need of exploration – the use of technology in parenting coordination, parenting coordination as an intervention when intimate partner violence is a component of the dynamic, the importance of multicultural awareness and responsiveness, and the overall impact of the statutes, rules, and regulations that had evolved in significantly varying forms since parenting coordination first presented as an intervention for court‐involved families. The work of the Task Force, including the new (2019) Guidelines for Parenting Coordination, is presented.     

Amor,Que Piensas?: Spousal Political Socialization in Mexican Immigrant Communities

This article examines the role of spousal political socialization among Mexican immigrants in the United States. Political socialization literature has often dismissed the socializing influences of spouses or significant others due to a focus on native born respondents. In immigrant communities, however, spousal political socialization plays a more vital role given the presence of a non-native born spouse. The result is a distinct dynamic that influences immigrant political socialization in previously under-explored ways. I use the theory of multi-tiered membership to examine the interactions of spouses within Mexican households, and immigrants specifically, to explain their subsequent informal and formal membership in the US. I use quantitative data from the Developing Civic Actors survey to model these experiences. I hypothesize that Mexican origin households where one spouse is an immigrant will rely more heavily on their spouses for political information and communication, compared to native born Mexican origin or white respondents. Early findings indicate that immigrant parents already rely on informal and familial resources like their children, and they subsequently hold their spouse as an important source of political information. This indicates a possible predictive measure for understanding how spousal political socialization may in fact lead to more engaged citizenship.     

提高干部队伍素质必须加强党校培训工作——干部成长规律研究的若干启示

干部成长规律研究是一个大课题。党校研究干部成长规律,对于进一步探讨和研究党校教育规律有着十分重要的意义。中共武汉市委党校＂干部成长规律＂课题组接到中央党校下达的课题任务后,立即成立了课题组和写作专班,由王观松同志亲自领导,并于暑假期间启动调研工作。课题组编制、印发了1000余份问卷调查表,分别召开了本地区的常务副校长、组织部长座谈会,走访了西安、沈阳、广州、厦门等兄弟党校,并就有关问题直接请示了中央党校。本文系本课题组的阶段性成果。     

高等职业教育质量提升的思考

高等职业教育由于实用技术能力强，高职院校就业率有赶超普通院校的趋势，“订单”式培养渐成潮流，人才市场趋向理智。因此，大力发展高等职业教育、提升高职院校竞争力，是实现素质教育，科技兴国战略的必然选择。高职院校的培养目标应该是：以教育理论改革为先导，以产学结合为核心，以教育基地建设为重点，注重提高办学质量，以办出特色求生存，以开拓创新求发展。     

区县党委领导班子配备改革后出现的新情况新问题

从2006年下半年开始,地方党委领导班子配备改革在全国实行,换届后的区县党委领导班子实行新的领导体制和工作机制,在实践中初显成效,也随之出现一些新问题。要在实践中进一步解决和完善这些问题,必须从思想认识、领导体制、决策程序、监督机制等方面入手。
