岭南特色文化包括广东文化遗产、岭南民系文化和广东文化精神三种形式。广东建设文化强省目标的确立,为岭南特色文化的发展提供了政策上的支持,而岭南特色文化的传承与开发是广东建设文化强省不可或缺的力量。目前岭南特色文化资源的开发还有相当的潜力可挖,必须制定科学、具体的政策规划和措施而将其落到实处。     

猪囊尾蚴半胱氨酸蛋白酶TsCL-1基因在毕赤酵母中的表达

采用RT-PCR方法从猪囊尾蚴总RNA中扩增出TsCL-1基因并构建了真核表达载体pPIC9K-TsCL-1,pPIC9K-TsCL-1电转化毕赤酵母GS115.采用G418抗性梯度筛选多拷贝重组菌株,经甲醇诱导表达,应用SDS-PAGE和Western-blot分析重组蛋白的表达情况.结果显示,TsCL-1与GenBank登录的TsCL的核苷酸和氨基酸的同源性分别为99.8%和100%,与肝片吸虫和大片吸虫组织蛋白酶氨基酸的同源性为76.3%.TsCL-1基因在毕赤酵母中成功表达,表达产物的分子质量为42 ku左右;Western-blot分析表明,表达产物具有反应原性.     

转型期中国社会建设国内外研究述评

社会转型是加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设的历史大背景,国内外学者从转型的视角对社会建设问题展开了较为广泛而深入的研究。相对而言,国内研究此问题的目的是为了推动转型期社会建设更好更快地发展;而国外的研究则倾向于对该问题的＂认知和理解＂,＂先入为主＂观念较为明显,有时甚至将此问题意识形态化。鉴于研究目的的不同,二者在研究方法、研究深度、问题的关注点以及所得出的结论、存在的不足等方面也有所不同。     

重言与无语

老子《道德经》中的世界起源说"道生一,一生二,二生三,三生万物"令人耳熟能详,《圣经·创世纪》里描述的上帝创造世界也是家喻户晓。作为创世思想起源,这两个文本无疑蕴含着中国与西方两种文化思维模式的最初原型。我们从这二者之中发掘出大致相同的创世模式。但同时也注意到,在创世过程中,西方"重言"而中国"无语"。对这一差异,本文紧贴《道德经》与《圣经》文本,着重从文学与哲学角度进行了分析探讨。
