开放式护理实验室的管理与教学模式探究

随着我国医学事业的快速发展,大量的新仪器设备不断运用于医学护理中,因此护理教学实验室的运作模式也在不断的发展和变化,实验室管理难度不断提升,要求也在不断提高,这都对护理专业教学带来了较大的挑战。训练和强化学生的操作技能是护理实验室的重要职能,通过护理实验室的管理及应用,可以显著的提升学生的动手、临床思维和护理创新能力。为了把护理实验教学效果全面地提升上去,进而把高素质技能型护理人才培养出来,使实验室在护理人才培养中发挥出自己应有的作用,因此全方位的实验室开放管理教学模式已经迫在眉睫。开放实验室教学模式可以在有限的时间内把有限的资源的效能充分地发挥出来。因此做好开放实验室的管理,最大限度地发挥其作用和效能,目前是实验室管理中的十分关键的课题。     

Myanmar USDA Delegation Visits China

At the invitation of the Chinese Association for International Understanding （CAFIU）, a 15- member delegation of the Union Solidarity and Development Association （USDA） of Myanmar headed by Mr. U Aung Thein Lin, member of Central Executive Committee of the USDA and Mayor of Yangon, visited China from July 20 to 27. In Beijing, Mr. Wang Jiarui, CAFIU adviser and Minister of International Department of CPC Central Committee, and Mr. Liu Hongcai, CAFIU adviser and Vice Minister of International Department of CPC Central Committee, met with the delegation respectively. Apart from Beijing, the delegation also visited Yunnan and Shanghai.     

医疗纠纷的法医学鉴定

目的研究医疗纠纷法医学鉴定的特点,并讨论医疗纠纷法医学鉴定的重点及难点。方法将医疗缺陷分为责任性缺陷、技术性缺陷、管理性缺陷、学科性缺陷和其他缺陷,对36件案例分别进行分类并进行统计。其中把18例由医疗事故鉴定委员会鉴定的结论与我室的鉴定结果进行比较分析,其他18例另行统计。结果36例案件中存在医疗缺陷的占86.11%,其中技术性缺陷66.67%,责任性缺陷和管理性缺陷均占25%。18例由医疗事故鉴定委员会鉴定的结论与我室的鉴定结果进行比较,医疗缺陷的认定两者有明显差异(P<0.05),对于医疗缺陷已对患者造成不良影响的认定,两者具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论法医进行医疗纠纷的鉴定,对医疗纠纷诉讼案件的处理起着积极的作用。目前,医疗纠纷的法医学鉴定仍存在许多问题需要进一步讨论。     

Typing Y chromosome STR haplotypes using redesigned primers

A panel of Y-specific STR loci, including DYS19, DYS389, DYS390, DYS391, DYS392, and DYS393 was analyzed using horizontal nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with a discontinuous buffer system (horizontal disk-PAGE). In order to obtain correct results for the larger DYS389 and DYS392 alleles, it was necessary to design new primers that bind closer to the repeat region and lead to a significant reduction of the amplified fragment size. Using the modified primer sets the horizontal disk-PAGE results were consistent with a nondenaturing approach using fluorescent primers and a 377 automated sequencer. The modified procedure also amplifies the second repeat stretch at the duplicated DYS389 locus as a single fragment, which results in an immediate allele identification. The results indicate that horizontal disk-PAGE with silverstaining is a simple approach to type the recommended Y-specific STR markers.
