广东制造业工资水平决定因素实证分析

运用1995—2006年广东省制造业的相关数据对行业工资水平的决定因素进行检验,结果发现制造业工资水平主要由农业部门工资水平、劳动力人力资本水平(技能水平)和全员劳动生产率决定,而与地区经济发展水平、FD I、最低工资标准和工会化程度不存在显著关系。加强劳动力市场制度建设,如完善最低工资标准制度、工会制度和工资正常增长机制是促进工资水平正常增长的主要手段。
