小城镇建设出现的问题应引起重视

近年来,小城镇建设发展较快,但还滞后于经济建设的发展。仅从武夷山市看,还存在一些问题应引起政府有关部门的重视。一是规划不实,小城镇设置过多,铺开的摊子过大,造成人力、物力和财力浪费。二是部门协调不力。如户籍障碍造成农民迁移户口既有政策限制,还多了各地附加条件约束。
