从人大校长用错典故说起

今年是郑和奉旨“七下西洋”的首航之年。而令人不胜扼腕的是，中国恰在此时禁海，官方航海活动也以郑和七次出海后戛然而止，直到清朝后期才在外患逼迫下新建海军。郑和的事业成了一曲500余年无后续演出的“绝唱”!现在我们纪念郑和下西洋600周年，从后来发生的历史及其教训看，似乎不那么值得“自豪”，却大大值得我们自省。
