5种免提取试剂盒检验滤纸血痕结果的比较

目的探讨5种免提取试剂盒对滤纸血痕样本检验的效果。方法陈旧滤纸血痕(存放时间12～14个月)及新鲜滤纸血痕(存放时间小于1个月)各920份,分别随机分为5组。应用AGCU 17+1、Goldeneye 20A、Powerplex16HS、Identifiler Plus、Identifiler Direct 5种免提取试剂盒进行检验,对比各组检验结果。结果陈旧滤纸血痕5种试剂盒的检验成功率为98.91%～100%,各组间无差异(P>0.05);新鲜滤纸血痕,Identifiler Plus和Identifiler Direct试剂盒检验成功率高于AGCU17+1、Goldeneye 20A及Powerplex 16HS试剂盒(P<0.01);将样本做陈旧化处理后再用成功率较低的3种试剂盒进行检验,成功率分别升至100%、99.46%、99.46%;Identifiler Plus试剂盒扩增循环27次效果优于28次。结论本文5种试剂盒均可用于滤纸血痕的直接扩增检验,但使用AGCU17+1、Goldeneye 20A及Powerplex 16HS试剂盒需将新鲜血痕做陈旧化处理;Identifiler Plus试剂盒需将循环次数降为27次。     

Who's socializing whom? Complex engagement in Sino-ASEAN relations

Abstract

This article draws on constructivist approaches to explore processes of socialization in the context of evolving relations between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Constructivist discussions have challenged traditional accounts of socialization; however, left under-examined are the processes by which social learning and social change take place. This article contributes to the theoretical discussion with its examination of ASEAN's regional engagement processes. It treats ASEAN states' ‘complex engagement’ of China as an exercise in argumentative persuasion, which seeks common agreement via a deliberative, non-coercive process. In contrasting ASEAN's particular style of engagement with other models that emphasize more coercive and utilitarian strategies of persuasion, the article draws attention to how particular kinds of interaction may facilitate social learning, as well as the conditions that may make social learning more likely. Particular attention is paid to the roles played by power asymmetries, uncertainty, and different kinds of engagement (mutual and interactive versus closed and unidirectional) in social learning, as well as the importance of viewing socialization as a process that involves different stages.

A serious medicolegal problem after surgery: gossypiboma

After surgery, the most common foreign bodies retained in the abdominal cavity are the surgical sponges. The aim of the present study was to emphasize the importance of gossypiboma, which is a serious and medicolegal problem. The records of 12 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of gossypiboma after abdominal surgery at Dicle University Hospital were retrospectively reviewed between January 1994 and December 2009. Eight of the 12 patients were females, and 4 were males. Previously, 7 patients had been operated on electively, and 5 had undergone operations on an emergency basis. Abdominal ultrasonography clearly demonstrated gossypibomas in 5 patients, and computed tomography demonstrated a more precise image of retained surgical sponges in 3 patients. One patient died because of ventricular fibrillation; the other 11 patients were discharged in good health. To eliminate the risk of gossypibomas, all sponges should be counted at least twice (once preoperatively and once postoperatively); use of small sponges should be avoided during laparotomy, and only sponges with radiopaque markers should be used. The surgeon should explore the abdomen before closure. In cases in which the sponge count is uncertain, an abdominal x-ray should be performed before closure.

国外学者大都将生态社会主义的思想追溯到威廉·莫里斯.在莫里斯的思想里,最重要的在于他从分析资本主义条件下的劳动开始,指出劳动乐趣的丧失导致了人与自然关系的扭曲,进而揭示了劳动乐趣丧失的深层原因在于资本主义的竞争性商业贸易和对利润的无止境追求,并在此基础上探讨了解决这一问题的对策.莫里斯在对环境污染根源的分析上,在社会主义与生态可持续性的论述上,在如何走向生态社会主义的道路上,以及在某种程度上与马克思主义相一致的、对某些命题和未来社会的论述上,都比当代生态社会主义者先行了一步,无愧于生态社会主义先驱的称号.     

Trichobezoar in Vagina: Assessment for Child Sexual Abuse and Diagnostic Result of Forensic Science

Vaginal discharge and bleeding in children require a through and thoughtful evaluation to diagnose the underlying problem including infections, sexual abuse, and vaginal foreign bodies. We report a 6‐year‐old girl presenting with bloody vaginal discharge, carefully evaluated for sexual abuse, and finally diagnosed as a vaginal foreign body after vaginoscopy. A rolling hair ball was extracted from the vagina and was diagnosed as trichobezoar pathologically without any endo–ecto‐mesodermal residual tissue. The hair ball was genetically detected and diagnosed to belong herself by containing no foreign structure. Child sexual abuse was ruled out by forensic interview at CAC and report of forensic science that reported genetic structure belonging to the child. Medicolegal assessment helped in final diagnosis to exclude child sexual abuse.
