网络游戏价值生态失衡的成因与对策

近年来网络游戏价值生态失衡,促使青少年心理认知的改变,淡化的亲情、友情,诱发了青少年的犯罪活动,从而引发现实社会的不和谐.导致网络游戏价值生态失衡的主要原因,一是家庭、学校、社会负有重要的教育责任;二是网络游戏市场管理混乱.为此,本文有针对性地提出六项对策.     

对正当防卫制度的思考——以大巴车司机关门夹死劫匪为例

2008年初发生的大巴车司机关门夹死劫匪的案子一时间引发了人们的热议,具体探讨该案,可以发现我国刑法中关于正当防卫时间条件的规定过于原则。因而有必要合理细化正当防卫的时间条件,更好地鼓励公民与正在进行的不法侵害作斗争,从而保障社会公共利益及公民的合法权利免受正在进行的不法侵害。     

Sequence polymorphism of mitochondrial D-loop DNA in the Taiwanese Han population

In order to demonstrate the sequence diversity of mitochondrial D-loop DNA in the Taiwanese Han population, we established a database of 155 unrelated individuals. For each individual, the complete 980bp DNA region from the 5' end of HVI to 3' end of HVII segment was sequenced. In these 155 sequence data, 149 different haplotypes were observed, amongst these haplotypes, 144 were unique, 4 were found in 2 individuals and 1 was found in 3 individuals. When compare to the Anderson sequence, 144 transitions, 24 transversions, 5 insertions and 5 deletions were found. Eight positions exhibited more than one polymorphic sequence, six exhibited two variants while two exhibited three variants. Over the 1024bp that was analysed, pairwise differences between the sequences were 11.35+/-3.53bp. The sequence and nucleotide diversity were 0.9994 and 0.0116, respectively. The probability of two individuals randomly matching over the entire control region was 0.007. The diversity in the mitochondrial D-loop indicates the value of this locus for casework within Taiwan.

试析中亚伊斯兰极端主义的历史文化根源

本文主要从中亚伊斯兰复兴、世俗化和全球化、中亚传统社会与传统文化变迁三个角度考察中亚伊斯兰极端主义产生的根源。中亚伊斯兰教的发展存在"文化断层",导致中亚伊斯兰文化发展缓慢、接受外部伊斯兰世界影响滞后。中亚伊斯兰复兴对中亚伊斯兰极端主义的产生有重要促进作用,推动中亚伊斯兰教发生量变与质变,令伊斯兰激进思想向极端思想演变、原教旨主义组织向极端组织演变。世俗化、全球化对中亚传统伊斯兰社会造成的巨大冲击,"文化全球化"引发出的世俗力量与宗教力量的冲突,成为宗教极端思想、宗教极端势力产生的重要原因。中亚国家独立后,传统社会与传统文化进入解体和重构时期,无论在价值观方面,还是伊斯兰信仰方面都出现了思想裂痕,让宗教极端主义有机可乘,得以内外结合、滋生。     

绵羊痘病毒E3L基因在Vero细胞中的表达

为了构建组成型表达绵羊痘病毒E3蛋白的真核表达载体,并检测E3蛋白在Vero细胞中瞬时表达的情况,将绵羊痘病毒E3L基因亚克隆至pcDNA3.1(+)表达载体,构建重组质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-E3L,经酶切和测序鉴定正确后转染至Vero细胞,利用Western-blot和间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)对E3蛋白的表达水平进行鉴定。结果显示,转染后第48小时可检测到E3L基因高水平的表达。这一研究结果为进一步研究绵羊痘病毒E3蛋白的生物学功能奠定了基础。     

Evaluating Restorative Justice Programs in Taiwan

This paper aims to evaluate four restorative justice programs in Taiwan: (1) a mediation system; (2) deferred prosecution and conditional suspended sentence; (3) a youth justice system; and (4) the Taiwan Restorative Justice Initiative. In this paper, models proposed in Marshall (Restorative justice: An overview. London: Home Office, 1999) and Braithwaite (British Journal of Criminology 42:563–577, 2002b) are used as criteria to evaluate the four programs. Based on governmental documents, official statistics, and the findings of previous empirical studies, this paper will examine whose needs and power is focused and what types of value are highlighted in those four programs. This paper finds that current restorative justice programs in Taiwan place greater emphasis on offenders than on other parties such as victims and communities. In addition, maximizing and emergent standards that Braithwaite identifies are implemented more in Taiwan’s restorative justice programs than constraining standards. This paper suggests that restorative justice practices in Taiwan need to be more concerned with victims’ needs and interests, and to strengthen constraining types of restorative justice values.     

The Internet,alternative public sphere and political dynamism: Korea's non-gaek * (polemist ) websites

Abstract

This paper explores the development of Korea's online alternative public sphere and illuminates the characteristics of this space, ‘activated’ by non-gaek websites. These websites host highly partisan discourses which are produced and disseminated by a focused political agenda that aims at political reform. Such a method of conducting discourse has led to the dissimilitude of the alternative public sphere, resulting in the birth of a multiplicity of spheres that represent divergent political views. This paper argues that although the overall extent of the alternative public sphere is expanded by non-gaek websites, it is becoming at the same time an exclusive and intolerant space. Furthermore, it is argued that to facilitate functional operation of the alternative public sphere, an institutionalization of rules and norms that can solve such problems is necessary.     

Debt and the developing countries: A note on optimal international borrowing

This note re‐examines the economic model of optimal international borrowing for LDCs proposed by Gemmell [1988]. Pursuing a rigorous methodology, this note derives alternative optimal debt functions, and discusses the sufficient conditions under which the optimal debt level is positive. Interesting implications of the analysis in this note, inter alia, rest in identifying the appropriate role of social inter‐temporal consumption preferences in a more realistic setting, and in perceiving, unambiguously, the tendency of ‘overborrowing’ by LDCs that only service their debts over long periods.
