马动脉炎病毒的血凝性研究

在RK-13细胞上培养的马动脉炎病毒(Equine viral arteritis,EAV)在4℃、室温和37℃条件下,用多种动物的红细胞进行血凝试验,病毒在不同温度下均可凝集小鼠和鸡的红细胞,但不能凝集牛、绵羊、山羊、马、猪、豚鼠、仓鼠、兔及鹅的红细胞.将病毒用吐温-80和乙醚处理后,血凝活力会显著增强,其HA效价比未经处理的病毒高4-8倍,且血凝像更加清晰.处理病毒的最适条件是在冰浴状态下用终浓度0.6-1.25 mL/L吐温-80振荡处理15-60 min,再加1/2体积的乙醚振荡作用5-15 min.

现代经济的发展越来越离不开金融的支持.本文通过介绍现代金融发展理论的核心内容和政策主张,分析目前我国农村金融存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出今后我国农村金融发展战略是构建双重多元、不断创新的金融体系,农村金融政策采取的是渐次递进的方式.     

社会主义市场经济条件下农村党员队伍建设研究——提高新时期农村党员素质之我见

党员素质在党的建设中的地位作用决定了加强社会主义市场经济条件下农村党员队伍建设的极端重要性.但其整体结构、思想状况、作用发挥仍不尽如人意.究其原因既有国际共运处于低潮而产生消极影响的因素,有国内客观环境的交互影响、教育管理乏力的因素,也有党员自律不够的因素.出路在于:党组织要坚持发展党员标准,提升教育,严格管理;党员个体要通过学习、实践党内生活锻炼、自我约束来改造、提高自身.     

关于中国东南亚学研究的几个问题

二战期间和战后,东南亚作为一个地区的名称被日益推广,东南亚学作为相对独立的学科正式形成,且日益繁荣兴盛.中国东南亚研究是国际东南亚学的一个重要的组成部分.改革开放以来,中国东南亚研究进入空前飞跃发展的崭新时期.1979年中国东南亚研究会的建立,是一个重要的里程碑.本文回顾了我国东南亚学研究的进展、成就和问题,并对今后的发展提出了几点建议.     

雇员“吹哨”的正当性及其限度

雇员向媒体或有关监管部门"吹哨",可以及时制止公司违法甚至侵害公众利益的行为,起到减轻政府监管压力的作用。但是雇员的吹哨行为在维护公共利益的同时,却违背了对公司的忠诚义务。雇员"吹哨"的正当性源于行使宪法赋予的言论自由权利,并保护公众利益。如何规范雇员吹哨,控制雇员吹哨的副作用,是我国法制建设当前面临的重要课题。通过员工"吹哨"实现社会有效监督的关键在于依法明确各项权利行使的边界。雇员吹哨的动机及实现的社会效果都是衡量这一边界的重要因素。通过相关配套措施的构建引导雇员在边界内理性"吹哨",从而真正实现对公共利益的保护。     

Longitudinal Links Between Identity Consolidation and Psychosocial Problems in Adolescence: Using Bi-Factor Latent Change and Cross-Lagged Effect Models

Most previous identity research has focused on relationships between identity synthesis, confusion, and psychosocial problems. However, these studies did not take into account Erikson’s notion of identity consolidation, that is, the dynamic interplay between identity synthesis and confusion. This study aimed to examine longitudinal relationships and the directionality of the effects between identity consolidation and psychosocial problems during adolescence, using two waves of longitudinal data from 793 Japanese adolescents (49.7% girls; ages 13–14 and 16–17 at Time 1). A bi-factor latent change model revealed that levels and changes in identity consolidation were negatively associated with levels and changes in psychosocial problems. Furthermore, a bi-factor cross-lagged effects model provided evidence that identity consolidation negatively predicted psychosocial problems, and vice versa. Our study facilitates a better understanding of the importance of identity consolidation in the relations between identity components and psychosocial problems.     

2030年可持续发展议程下“人的安全”及其治理

2030年可持续发展议程作为一项新的全球发展计划,其目标是构建免于恐惧和暴力的和平、公正、包容的社会,其核心是消除全球贫困与促进包容性发展,包括消除贫困、饥饿以及应对气候变化等内容。该议程的主体内容体现了联合国所倡导的“人的安全”理念,这一理念强调各种威胁的相互关联性,人的安全和人的发展是同一事物相辅相成的,这种治理观要求广泛借助联合国系统,并且顾及地方、国家、区域和国际范围内各级公私部门行为体的特点和资源,拓展一种由各种利益攸关方组成的综合框架,其内容涉及粮食安全、气候安全、环境安全、社会安全、反恐、移民等重要的传统与非传统安全议题。其中,气候变化、资源消耗、南北差距等问题是可持续发展难以实现的重要动因。上述安全议程同时体现了各种广泛的经济、社会和环境关联性。因此,建构全球“人的安全”治理机制需以联合国为核心,并形成多层治理、建构广泛的国际伙伴关系,以实现联合国所倡议的全球可持续和平愿景。     

Corporate policy entrepreneurship and cross-boundary strategies: How a private corporation champions mobile healthcare payment innovation in China?

The private nature of corporate actors does not necessarily preclude them from contributing to public interest. When business strategies and genuine public motivation are favorably aligned, corporate actors from the private sector can also drive public sector innovations. For a private corporation, policy entrepreneurship inherently entails crossing not only the public–private boundary but also various policy domains. This study formulates five propositions to characterize the cross-boundary strategies of corporate policy entrepreneurship, a distinct form of policy entrepreneurship in a developing authoritarian state. The case study of mobile healthcare payment innovation in China finds that the corporate entrepreneur used a series of cross-boundary strategies adeptly that eventually made the innovation not only adopted in one locality but also rapidly diffused nationwide. These strategies were not used in isolation or in a pure stepwise fashion but appeared to be recursive and interactive, suggesting the dynamic nature of corporate policy entrepreneurship in a multilevel governance system. More studies could be done to further examine strategies and processes of other forms of policy entrepreneurship in various national and sectoral settings.     

“政产学研用”下公安院校经侦人才培养新路径

"政产学研用"协同创新是高等教育改革的重要内容,不仅适用于工科和职业院校,而且对公安院校经侦专业的人才培养同样具有重要的指引作用。在"政产学研用"机制下,公安院校的人才培养主要体现为政府机关、企业、高校、科研机构和用人单位五位一体,相互作用、相互协调。在五位一体协同创新机制下,河南警察学院在人才培养方案论证、专业课程建设、校局合作方面均进行了新的探索和实践,建设了经济犯罪侦查实验室,开展了校企合作深度融合。     

Fatal Methemoglobinemia Due to Acute Inhalation of Methyl Nitrite in an Industrial Accident

Methyl nitrite is suggested to cause methemoglobinemia by generating methemoglobin, which may be lethal when the methemoglobin concentration exceeds 70%. However, intoxication with methyl nitrite is seldom reported compared with that with other nitrites. Here, we present an industrial accident involving methyl nitrite inhalation during its synthesis process that resulted in three fatalities and one survivor. The autopsy revealed conspicuous blue-gray discoloration in various parts of the body, including the skin, airway mucosa, vessels, brain, heart, and among other areas. The toxicological tests on the deceased showed methemoglobin concentrations in the blood over the lethal level and increased nitrite ion levels in the blood, gastric contents, liver, and lung tissue compared with those in control samples. The cause of death was determined to be methemoglobinemia-induced hypoxia due to methyl nitrite inhalation. This report provides evidence that in methyl nitrite intoxication, exposure duration has a significant influence on the postmortem changes and likelihood of a fatal outcome may be related to the age of the victim. More attention is required regarding the industrial hazards of this substance.
