致心律不齐性右室心肌病的研究进展

致心律不齐性右室心肌病是以右室心肌被纤维脂肪取代为特征的一种原因不明的心肌病,通常表现为局限性右室病变。亦可弥漫性进展,侵犯左室,最终导致左心功能不全。近年来,致心律不齐性右室心肌病导致心源性猝死已越来越引起人们的注意。在法医实际工作中,相关研究报道较少。本文综述了致心律不齐性右室心肌病的发病病因、发病机理、病理变化、临床特点和鉴别诊断等方面的研究进展。     

论政府的文化责任

文化责任应成为政府担负的重要责任。文章认为,文化责任是政府在行使职能与服务中所具有的文化精神,并由此体现和形成的文化价值与理念、文化形象与导向,通过文化执行能力和管理能力,形成促进社会发展的文化生产力。政府的文化责任对社会是一种指示和标志性的行为,它与一个国家的民族精神状态和社会经济发展共同形成完整的文化生态系统。     

证据概念素说——兼论中国特色社会主义证据理论的国学文化基石

本文试以缘其华叶,探其根素,究其质实的方法,对证据的概念行以刻求真是的剖陈。其定义为:证据是讼事以物符或意融的形式,留存于时空内,并为听讼人藉以听断讼事的可识素因。概念,无论今古中西,在学问上,都是说话的前提。国学式的概念必定是中华法和中国特色社会主义证据理论的基本构件之一。     

At work in the temple of science: theory-building in the university

This paper develops a metaphor that shows academia as a temple of science where acolytes and priests devote themselves to building and developing an arcane lore that supports their faith. Though a somewhat strained metaphor, its heuristic value will become clearer when illustrated by lessons drawn from the sociology of knowledge. Through these lessons, I will attempt to demonstrate that the university setting has inexorably influenced the theories that have developed there, particularly in contributing to the perception of a gap between theory and practice that an applied, problem-solving field such as public administration can ill afford.

This study applies Elisabeth Noelle‐Neumann's spiral of silence theory to the controversial issue of whether children with AIDS should be allowed to attend public school. The study tests the theory's hypotheses in light of two content analyses of the media's treatment of the issue. The findings offer tentative and qualified support for Noelle‐Neumann's theoretical propositions about the relationship between individuals' perceptions of the issue and the media's tenor of the issue; particularly that of television. The findings suggest the need to address the role of other agents of influence, including reference groups, and to use time‐based data to unravel the causal order of the relationships.

In recent years dynamic internet-based start-ups have captured the public imagination through the creation of revolutionary business models. As we are now seeing, many lack the financial stamina to survive and become profitable. Attention has switched to how established companies are trying to clone these new models to their competitive advantage. However, in the rush to do so, many organizations are making quite fundamental strategic mistakes; mistakes that are often then repeated by others. This may be because they have failed to recognize the need to apply advanced risk management thinking to both the strategic and implementation issues surrounding the E-business imperative.     

关于天津港劳务员工管理工作的调研报告

天津港集团公司有劳务员工20938名,与正式员工实行管理上一样规范、素质上一样提高、政治上一样关心、权益上一样维护、生活上一样照顾。在港口不断发展和劳务员工队伍不断壮大形势下,其管理也存在一些问题,今后应在增强工会干部做好这方面工作自觉性、落实《集团公司工会加强劳务员工工会组织建设的管理办法（试行）》、建立劳务员工思想动态预警机制、增强劳务员工维权机制建设力度、加强对劳务员工的人文关怀等方面努力加以解决。
