My Speech on China’s Human Rights at the University of Nantes

At the invitation of Professor Francois Collart-Dutilleul from the University of Nantes in France,I attended an international academic conference focusing on the EU’s foreign policies after the Lisbon Treaty,which was held at the university from Nov.21 to Dec.1,2011. Afterwards Professor Collart-Dutilleul asked me to give a lecture on human rights in China to his Ph.D.students and the following is what I got from this experience in France.     

Misery： The Price of Social Welfare？

I’VE always tried to be a happy person, but I’m now considering creating a Misery Index, to measure which countries have the least successful social welfare packages. My problem is that misery is a state of mind which is not readily measurable in terms of empirical data. Perhaps I will conclude that I will just have to assess relative misery by     

关于天津港劳务员工管理工作的调研报告

天津港集团公司有劳务员工20938名，与正式员工实行管理上一样规范、素质上一样提高、政治上一样关心、权益上一样维护、生活上一样照顾。在港口不断发展和劳务员工队伍不断壮大形势下，其管理也存在一些问题，今后应在增强工会干部做好这方面工作自觉性、落实《集团公司工会加强劳务员工工会组织建设的管理办法（试行）》、建立劳务员工思想动态预警机制、增强劳务员工维权机制建设力度、加强对劳务员工的人文关怀等方面努力加以解决。     

城中村社会保障机制构建的路径选择——基于制度关联视角的分析

城乡统筹背景下的城中村社会保障是城市化进程中值得关注的问题,制度间的失衡与悖论是城中村社会保障机制的构建和社会关系的有序与和谐的制度性障碍。本文通过制度关联这一理论工具,在总结目前城中村社会保障机制类型的基础上,认为整体联动的、渐进式的、强致性和诱致性相结合的路径符合我国建立城中村社会保障的实际,为失地农民社会保障提供政策向导。     

韩国古代类书《芝峰类说》征引《鹤林玉露》考略

韩国古代著名类书《芝峰类说》共9次征引了宋代笔记《鹤林玉露》的内容，其中有7条与作者李啐光的诗论有关。《芝峰类说》对《鹤林玉露》的征引，以节录为主要方式，以阐发诗论观点为主要目的，体现了他深厚的学识和“尊唐抑宋”的诗学观念，也是当时中韩两国文化交流的一个例证。
