中世纪商人法继受罗马法探因

中世纪商人法的出现是中世纪城市经济发展的产物,而罗马商法则是古罗马高度繁荣的奴隶制经济发展的必然结果.由于商品经济发展的相似性、地理位置的接近、帝国永续理论的巨大威力以及罗马法学的繁荣等原因,中世纪的商人法明显地体现出对罗马商法的继受.分析中世纪商人法对古罗马商法继受的原因,从中可以看到法律发展过程中的相承关系.     

马动脉炎病毒的血凝性研究

在RK-13细胞上培养的马动脉炎病毒(Equine viral arteritis,EAV)在4℃、室温和37℃条件下,用多种动物的红细胞进行血凝试验,病毒在不同温度下均可凝集小鼠和鸡的红细胞,但不能凝集牛、绵羊、山羊、马、猪、豚鼠、仓鼠、兔及鹅的红细胞.将病毒用吐温-80和乙醚处理后,血凝活力会显著增强,其HA效价比未经处理的病毒高4-8倍,且血凝像更加清晰.处理病毒的最适条件是在冰浴状态下用终浓度0.6-1.25 mL/L吐温-80振荡处理15-60 min,再加1/2体积的乙醚振荡作用5-15 min.

The anxiety of love: an analysis of recent Chinese popular music

Love between two sexes is a time-honored but commonplace theme in songs that it does not seem to demand scholarly attention. Yet, the manner in which sexual love is expressed in Chinese songs today carries with it the deep stigma of the sea change that has been taking place in recent Chinese culture. The present paper discovers that, as a result of drastic changes in Chinese people’s attitude toward sexual relations, there has been a greater anxiety in songs intended for men to sing, as well as those for women, and manifestations of the anxiety of the loss of love are gender-specific. In “male songs,” paradoxically, the anxiety has been more voiced and apparently with more pain, which is one of the key indicators of the profound change in sexual attitudes in Chinese society.     

What Has Driven the Great Fertility Decline in Developing Countries since 1960?

Several developing countries are currently experiencing a significant fertility decline, however, academic economists have paid little attention to this transition. This paper seeks to explain the fertility transition by infant mortality, urbanisation, income, culture and educational attainment of females and males using annual data for 92 developing countries over the period 1960–2014. External instruments are used to deal with endogeneity. The results suggest that increasing per capita income, improved female education and increasing secularisation have been important determinants for declining fertility in the developing world.     

How Voluntary Environmental Programs Reduce Pollution

This article investigates the mechanisms that voluntary environmental program (VEP) participants adopt to reduce pollution. The focus of this article is the 33/50 program, a VEP introduced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in 1991 and discontinued in 1995. The program called for emissions reductions for 17 chemicals reported to the Toxics Release Inventory. Using a sample of approximately 12,000 plants, the relationship between 33/50 program participation and adoption of pollution reduction practices is studied for three time periods, 1991–1995 (program life), 1996–2004, and 2005–2013. These practices include source reduction activities (SRAs) and recycling, recovery, and treatment (RRTs). The major findings are that during the program's life, 33/50 participants showed increased adoption of SRAs and RRTs for both targeted and nontargeted chemicals. However, once the program ended, higher adoption rates persisted for RRTs only, with a shift in emphasis toward treatment over recycling and recovery.     

基于精英策略的多目标进化算法的研究

针对基于精英策略的多目标进化算法NSGAⅡ[1]解的多样性降低的缺点,提出了一个分布函数改进其精英策略.通过调节分布函数中的参数,控制精英解的选取范围,使一部分非精英解也能参与到遗传操作中,增加了解的多样性.实验结果表明,改进的多目标进化算法无论在解的多样性方面还是解的收敛性方面都有较大改观,性能明显优于NSGAⅡ.

中国公立医院改革的逻辑

公立医院改革是新医改的重点也是难点之一。权利与责任不对等导致公立医院医生滥用医院声誉,严重的道德风险由此产生。在"管办不分"的医疗卫生体制下,公立医院丧失了独立的法人地位。公立医院改革的出发点在于政事分开、管办分离,从而落实公立医院的独立法人地位,进而完善公立医院的法人治理结构。通过合理的机制设计使医生尽可能承担声誉责任,克服道德风险,规范自身行为。
