试析南京国民政府在苏北的“导淮”

黄河夺淮改变了苏北水系及地理面貌,淮河、沂沭河衍变为灾河,苏北由此成为“十年九灾”之地,民国时期南京国民政府地苏北淮河及支流实施较为科学的治导,使淮河得到了初步治理,一度减轻了淮河灾害,但日本侵化战争的发生、南京国民政府政策上的偏差及诸社会因素决定了淮河千年灾害在当时不可能被根治。     

传染性法氏囊病病毒的生态学研究——非鸡禽鸟类自然感染传染性法氏囊病病毒的血清学调查

用传染性法氏囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）单克隆抗体夹心阻断ＥＬＩＳＡ对麻雀、鸭、鹅进行了ＩＢＤＶ血清学调查，麻雀的阳性率为７．４％（４／５４），鸭的阳性率为９５．５％（３６３／３８０），鹅的阳性率为９．４％（１１／１１７）。表明ＩＢＤＶ传播已非常广泛，提示麻雀、鸭、鹅特别是鸭在ＩＢＤＶ生态和传播中可能起重要作用。     

参与式扶贫开发模式的运行机制及绩效分析——以甘肃省麻安村为例

参与式扶贫开发模式是对传统自上而下扶贫模式的"扬弃"和发展,它以受助者——贫困人口为主体,并在扶贫开发运行机制上赋权于民,充分体现了"相信群众、依靠群众"、"从群众中来到群众中去"的思想理念和工作方法。甘肃省麻安村是这一模式推行较早的试点行政村,并且取得了较为显著的成效,对该村运行机制和绩效分析可获得参与式扶贫开发模式的一般规律和经验,对我国农村扶贫政策趋向具有一定的借鉴意义。

我国民事法律对精神病人民事行为能力欠缺者设有宣告制度,该制度的实行对精神病人的权益保护存在诸多不利因素,建议借鉴大陆法系和英美法系当代的法律法规,完善国内相关法律规定。     

Nitrate and Nitrite Determination in Gunshot Residue Samples by Capillary Electrophoresis in Acidic Run Buffer,

Simultaneous determination of nitrate and nitrite in gunshot residue has been conducted by capillary electrophoresis using an acidic run buffer (pH 3.5). In previously developed capillary electrophoretic methods, alkaline pH separation buffers were used where nitrite and nitrate possess similar electrophoretic mobility. In this study, the electroosmotic flow has been reversed by using low pH running buffer without any additives. As a result of reversing the electroosmotic flow, very fast analysis has been actualized, well‐defined and separated ion peaks emerge in less than 4 min. Besides, the limit of detection was improved by employing large volume sample stacking. Limit of detection values were 6.7 and 4.3 μM for nitrate and nitrite, respectively. In traditional procedure, mechanical agitation is employed for extraction, while in this work the extraction efficiency of ultrasound mixing for 30 min was found sufficient. The proposed method was successfully applied to authentic gunshot residue samples.     

新疆反恐研究

当前,国际恐怖主义组织形态、犯罪手段、社会危害在不断发展和扩大,国内恐怖主义及其他恐怖活动的威胁也一直存在,其中,新疆“东突”恐怖主义对我国造成的危害最为严重。为了维护国家统一和安定团结的政治局面,保障经济建设的顺利进行,我们必须切实增强反恐的紧迫感和责任感,从战略的高度防范新疆“东突”恐怖主义。     

礼观念形成的历史考察

学术界有一种流行的看法,认为古代礼观念出现于西周时期。但是,西周初年草创周代礼制,礼制到西周中期逐渐系统化,在此过程中,礼观念一直没有形成。礼观念形成是在春秋霸政时代,形成原因主要是贵族社会内部发生结构变化,诸侯国之间由宗法关系转向诸夏共同体关系,这一变化导致古代宗教信仰崩溃,以“礼”为中心的人文观念兴起。     

利用PCR检测鸭瘟病毒

参照文献 ,设计和合成了 1对引物。用这对引物 ,以标准毒株DPVF3 4的DNA为模板 ,经PCR扩增出 1个特异的DNA片段。经序列测定 ,该DNA片段由 42 0bp组成。与文献报道的序列比较 ,该片段为鸭瘟病毒UL6基因DNA的一部分 ,与美国毒株LakeAndes(LA)的同源性达 99%。用该PCR方法扩增小鹅瘟病毒、细小病毒和禽巴氏杆菌 ,结果为阴性。以该PCR方法检测 6份送检病料 ,5份为阳性 ,检出率与病毒的分离一致。另外 ,该方法检测DPVDNA的敏感性达到了 1pg水平     

Understanding young citizens’ political participation in Turkey: does ‘being young’ matter?

Participation is key to the discussions of democracy and justice. For all citizens, no matter their differences, having the ability to participate is a difficult but required condition for a just and democratic political community. Based on the recent research on citizenship in Turkey, this article aims to explore, first, whether young citizens’ political participation shows a different pattern when compared to the rest of the population and, second, whether being young still determines the outcome when controlled for demographical factors and economic status. We then question whether belonging to different collective identities plays a different role in the way young citizens participate, and how. Last, mostly focusing on young citizens’ perceptions of the Gezi Park protests, the paper will discuss the role of politicized collective identities in the formation of conventional and unconventional political participation.
