浅议信用证诈骗罪

当今金融全球化趋势下的信用证,在贸易支付中占有至关重要的地位,受到贸易当事人的青睐,但同时也被不法分子所觊觎.信用证诈骗犯罪使得世界各国深受其害.本文从刑法学的角度,对信用证诈骗罪的要件、类型和处罚进行了深入分析,并试图寻求一些防范对策,以期减少风险,增强法律保障.     

Entomotoxicology, experimental set-up and interpretation for forensic toxicologists

Forensic entomotoxicology studies the usefulness of insects as alternative toxicological samples. Use of insects as alternative matrix for drug detection is well documented and recommended when conventional matrices such as blood, urine or internal organs are no longer available. However, several limitations of entomotoxicology have been highlighted, especially concerning interpretation of the drug concentrations in insects on human forensic cases. In addition, the lack of knowledge in pharmacokinetic of drugs in insects, large variability of experimental set-up and toxicological analysis compromise the utility of this science. This review focuses on the current knowledge of factors influencing drug detection in insects. Reasons for the current limitations, but also recommendations for future research are discussed and proposed in this paper.     

The role of information asymmetry in the market for university–industry research collaboration

This study concerns the market for research collaboration between industry and universities. It presents an analysis of the population of all Italian university–industry collaborations that resulted in at least one international scientific publication between 2001 and 2003. Using spatial and bibliometric analysis relating to scientific output of university researchers, the study shows the importance of geographic proximity in companies’ choices of university partner. The analysis also reveals inefficiency in the market: in a large proportion of cases private companies could have chosen more qualified research partners in universities located closer to the place of business.     

岫岩满族9个STR基因座遗传多态性

目的用复合荧光扩增体系调查辽宁鞍山岫岩满族无关个体D6S1043、D7S3048、D9S925、D11S2368、D14S608、D15S659、D17S1290、D20S470和GATA198B05等9个STR基因座的遗传多态性。方法用本实验室构建的9个常染色体STR基因座荧光复合扩增体系,对辽宁鞍山岫岩满族252个无关个体的DNA进行PCR扩增,3130型基因分析仪电泳检测扩增产物及等位基因分型标准物,GeneMapper誖3.2分析软件中导入本体系Panel和Bin,对电泳结果进行分析,按照重复序列重复次数命名等位基因,使用Power-StatsV12和GENEPOP软件进行统计学分析。结果 9个STR基因座在辽宁鞍山岫岩满族基因型频率分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P﹥0.05),多态性信息含量在0.750～0.860之间,杂合度在0.794～0.881之间,个体识别力在0.918～0.968之间,非父排除概率在0.587～0.757之间,累积非父排除率为0.999 96,累积个体识别能力为0.999 999 999 999 1。结论这9个非CODIS系统STR基因座在鞍山岫岩满族群体中等...     

Mapping research on strategic alliances and innovation: a co-citation analysis

Using co-citation analysis, the present study attempts to rationalize and organize the combined alliance and innovation literature in order to determine its intellectual structure (i.e. its shared attributes such as models, theories, methods, findings, and implications), as well as to gain a deeper understanding of the most important research trends. More specifically, our goals are: (1) to delineate the intellectual structure of research on alliance and innovation, as represented in the academic literature; (2) to determine the subfields that constitute the intellectual structure and the relationships, if any, between these subfields; (3) to identify contributions that play a pivotal role in bridging two or more conceptual domains of research; and finally, (4) to map the intellectual structure in a two-dimensional space in order to visualize spatial distances between intellectual themes. Implications for future studies are then drawn.     

检察机关案件管理工作研究

案件管理部门的职能主要有管理、监督、服务、参谋。实践中,检察机关案件管理部门职能的发挥遇到一些障碍：案件管理的规范化、系统化水平不高;案件管理的监督职能定位有误区,监督权的范围不明晰,行使方式不合理;案件管理的决策参谋职能没能充分发挥。因此,检察机关案件管理工作的完善路径应当围绕着如何破除这些制约因素来展开。

也门可能成为美国下一个反恐战场

近期,一名曾在也门受训的尼日利亚男子在美国制造圣诞节炸机未遂事件后,落户也门的基地组织阿拉伯半岛分支宣称对此负责,并进一步发出针对西方利益的恐怖威胁,也门国内安全局势骤然紧张。一时间,也门是否会成为美国新的反恐战场引起国际社会广泛关注。
