撑起儿童照顾的“半边天”——对父职实践的社会学考察

随着现代育儿理念的不断渗透,父亲参与儿童照顾的现象和行动越来越多。父亲关爱、全职爸爸、奶爸等新的父亲形象与父职实践不断涌现,新旧父职话语与父职实践正在同一时空上演。儿童照顾中父亲参与的增多,与全面二孩政策的实施、同伴群体的示范带动、社会福利政策的推动、女性参与劳动力市场竞争和男性照顾的优势地位发挥等息息相关。更好地促进儿童健康成长,需要唤醒儿童照顾上的父职自觉,让更多的父亲参与到儿童照顾实践中来、确保父爱在场,竭力撑起儿童照顾的"半边天"。
