Divide and Conquer Household Garbage Segregation and Treatment

THE concept of sorting refuse was introduced to China some 10 years ago. In 2000, the then Ministry of Construction （now the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development） designated eight cities, including Beijing, Shanghai andGuangzhou, as the first batch of pilot cities to implement household garbage segregation.

THE Suzhou River of Shanghai assumes many kinds of importance to the city＇s residents. From the opening of its port in 1843, Shanghai＇s urban district sprawled along this river from east to west. 受贿罪犯罪对象新解——从法的价值层面叩问受贿罪犯罪对象的局限性

从哲学层面审视，受贿罪犯罪对象的范围不可能一成不变，其范围变化最终取决于社会经济的发展状况；然而从现实意义上讲，要求法条能准确、适时地把握和反映社会生活需求，对立法者来说的确非常困难。刑事司法实践中，如果公囿于现有刑法条文对受贿罪犯罪对象的规定和解释，客观上势必会导致打击职务犯罪的真空产生。为解决司法实践困惑，准确打击受贿犯罪，完善刑法关于受贿罪犯罪对象的规定迫在眉睫。
