论涉外夫妻财产制的法律适用

对于涉外夫妻财产制这个重要问题,我国相关立法存在重大的缺陷。涉外夫妻财产领域首先应肯定当事人的意思自治,在没有当事人意思自治的情况下,无论为动产或不动产,都应适用当事人的共同住所地法。涉外夫妻财产制应以变迁论为基本规则,在涉及第三人权益时,应适用财产所在地法律。

北京地区汉族人群16个非CODIS STR基因座的遗传多态性

目的调查16个非CODIS STR基因座(D6S477、D22-GATA198B05、D15S659、D8S1132、D3S3045、D17S1290、D14S608、D2S441、D18S535、D13S325、D10S1435、D11S2368、D1S1656、D7S3048、D10S1248和D19S253)在北京地区汉族人群的遗传多态性。方法应用GoldeneyeTMDNA身份鉴定系统18NC试剂盒,对北京地区300名汉族无关个体DNA进行PCR扩增,3130XL遗传分析仪电泳分析,GeneMapper v3.2分析等位基因片段大小。结果 16个非CODIS STR基因座在北京地区汉族群体基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,杂合度在0.677～0.873,个体识别率在0.890～0.967,非父排除率在0.393～0.741,多态信息含量在0.706～0.853。结论这16个非CODIS STR基因座在北京地区汉族群体中具有较好的多态性,对群体遗传学研究和法医学应用具有重要意义。
