我国高校非环境专业环境教育现状与发展探析

本文通过分析我国高校学生环境意识的现状,阐述我国高校非环境专业开展环境教育的必要性。针对我国高校开展环境教育研究和实践过程中存在的问题,提出开拓思路、规范课程、建设相关专业和创新教学方法等具体实施途径和改进建议,为我国高校环境教育的进一步开展提供借鉴。     

侵占罪中"代为保管"认定的难点与消解——兼论侵占罪与盗窃罪的分野与厘定

从财物与行为人的关系上理解"代为保管"比较恰当。代为保管既包括明示的委托保管,也包括默示的事实上的保管。如果有证据显示,虽然财物所有人和行为人双方无任何明确的约定,但财物所有人自愿将财物置于行为人控制之下,可以推定财物所有人与行为人形成了事实上的代为保管。对作为侵占罪实质要素之占有的理解应以民法理论为基础。在物主将加封容器交给行为人保管之后,行为人就在事实上成为财物的支配者,而物主也就相应地失去了对财物的控制。     

中国地缘政治的"123……"

纵观历史,但凡大国在兴起之时,或将周边国家建成自家后院,与其结为利益共同体;或在周边地区构建战略缓冲区,避免与潜在敌对国家的直接碰撞.这种地缘政治版图的构建,既为正在崛起的大国延长了安全纵深,也为其经济发展拓展了广阔空间. 19世纪20年代,当美国正在崛起之时,推出了"门罗主义",强调"美洲是美洲人的美洲",反对美洲以外国家干涉美洲事务.经过几十年的苦心经营,美洲逐步成了"美国人的美洲",成了美国的后院,为美国日后的迅速崛起和不断扩张奠定了厚实的地缘政治基础,建立了强大的战略后方.美国之所以至今仍保持超级大国地位,其不可或缺的条件之一就是它仍保留对整个美洲的主导地位.     

China and North Korea: A fragile relationship of strategic convenience

The common view is that China is North Korea's ally. The two countries share a similar political system and considerable strategic interest in regional international relations. Indeed, this is true to a large extent. This paper, however, analyses the problems in the bilateral relations that are gradually eroding the strategic ties the two countries formed 50 years ago. Its central argument is that, in reality, beneath the surface of the alliance relations the two countries share very few common interests. In fact, the two countries can hardly agree to any matters between them, be it historical ties, ideological stance, political and economic programs, or diplomatic interactions. This heralds an uncertain future for the bilateral relations and thus may further complicate the security situation in the Korean Peninsula.     

员工创造性绩效的研究评述与展望

员工创造性绩效是个人能够产生对组织有价值的产品、思想、方法或过程等一系列成果,并且这一系列成果均为新颖的、较为切实可行的。影响员工创造性绩效的因素包括任务内容、个体特征、领导因素、组织因素。当前,关于员工创造性绩效研究仍存在若干不足,特别是我国在相关研究领域成果偏少,同时缺乏对员工创造性绩效评价的有效测量标准。     

Wiping Out an Infectious Disease

Dong Xueshu, an 86-year-old researcher with the Yunnan Institute of Parasitic Diseases in Yunnan Province, has been studying mosquitoes for seven decades. Dong's research started in 1956, when a malaria epidemic broke out in Menghai, a county in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan.     

大鼠死后皮肤傅里叶变换红外光谱变化与死亡时间的关系

目的运用傅里叶变换红外(Fourier transform infrared,FTIR)光谱技术分析大鼠死后15d内背部皮肤的光谱变化,以此推断死亡时间。方法大鼠麻醉后颈椎脱臼处死,置于温度为25℃、湿度为50%的环境中,分别于不同时间点提取其背部皮肤,收集红外光谱数据,并利用机器学习技术对数据进行分析。结果大鼠死后背部皮肤组织光谱吸收峰的峰位未发生明显改变,其强度随死亡时间延长而发生变化;偏最小二乘(partial least squares,PLS)回归构建的死亡时间推断模型决定系数(R2)为0.92,预测均方根误差为1.30 d。根据模型中的变量投影重要性(variable importance for projection,VIP)指标确定推断死亡时间的贡献波段为1760~1700cm-1、1660~1640cm-1、1580~1540cm-1和1460~1420cm-1。结论应用FTIR技术检测大鼠死后皮肤组织的光谱学改变,为死亡时间推断提供了一种新的思路。
