警察武力使用职业技能分类理论研究简

运用文献资料法对我国警察武力使用职业技能的教育训练现状、动作组成进行分析，得出警察武力使用技能属于动作技能的范畴，并依据警察武力使用职业技能形成周期的长短及对认识、体能、心理的要求，将警察武力使用职业技能分为反应性武力使用技能、基本动作类武力使用技能、认识主导类武力使用技能、心理主导类武力使用技能和体能主导类武力使用技能，使警察武力使用职业技能的教学训练有了理论依据。     

完善法制 促进劳动就业

当前，全球经济危机给各国造成了空前严峻的就业形势。尽管中国经济目前还保持着较强的活力，就业压力也在日益增大。就业是民生之大计，也是社会安定之大计。目前，进一步完善法制，促进劳动就业，已经成为我国劳动法建设的首要目标之一。

论美国对国际刑事法院的政策

基于对国际刑事法院成立和发展特点的概述(包括相同观点国家集团与美国的博弈),本文将美国克林顿、小布什和奥巴马民主、共和两党三届政府对国际刑事法院的政策演变进行了比较与解析。作者认为,应关注美国三届政府近20年来始终未变的两大政策核心:即通过联合国安理会对国际刑事法院进行控制和干预,以及要求国际刑事法院给予所有美国人司法豁免权。从美国全球战略与国家利益出发,需要时在世界上使用武力则是以上两大政策核心的基本前提。它们将继续影响美国对国际刑事法院的政策,并使美国在近期(特别是在世界热点地区出现突发事件时)与中长期(预期2017年《罗马规约侵略罪修正案》批准生效后)存在着与国际刑事法院发生新的矛盾冲突的可能性。     

借镜与创新——将法律基础服务纳入农村社会保障体系的分析

中国农村社会保障制度改革的特殊性在于中国国情的特殊性与所处时代的特殊性以及这种改革制度自身的特殊性。因此,探讨农村社会保障制度的着力点既不能也不应仅仅停留在物质生活层面上,而是应该将法律所赋予农民的基本权益纳入其中。

介绍了GABA能神经元及其受体的分类,着重阐述了GABA能神经元及其受体在哺乳动物外周组织的分布以及生理效用,为深入了解GABA的活动机制提供了参考,也为GABA功能性商品开发、相关疾病防治及其在动物生产中的应用提供了依据。     

Global functioning and suicide among Chinese rural population aged 15-34 years: a psychological autopsy case-control study

As the relationship between global functioning and young suicide remains unclear in rural China, this study was aimed to explore the relationship between them. Data of 391 rural suicides and 416 controls, all aged 15-34 years in three provinces in China were used for this study. The Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) scale was adopted to assess global functioning of suicides and controls. The results showed that GAF score was stronger than mental illness in predicting suicide in China. Different correlates of GAF score were found between suicides and controls. Unsurprisingly, GAF score was significantly correlated with mental illness in both suicides and controls. Different characteristics were also found among three types of suicide which were classified using GAF score. Assessing global functioning is useful and GAF scale should be regularly used in suicide prevention practice.     

Forensic Identification Using a Multiplex Assay of 47 SNPs*

Abstract: As a powerful alternative to short tandem repeat (STR) profiling, we have developed a novel panel of 47 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) for DNA profiling and ABO genotyping. We selected 42 of the 47 SNPs from a panel of 86 markers that were previously validated as universal individual identification markers and identified five additional SNPs including one gender marker and four ABO loci. Match probability of the 42 validated SNPs was found to be 9.5 × 10^?18 in Han Chinese. SNP analysis correctly assessed a panel of historical cases, including both paternity identifications in trios and individual identifications. In addition, while STR profiling of degraded DNA provided information for 11 loci of 16 potential markers with low peak intensities, SNPstream^® genotyping was sufficient to identify all 47 SNPs. In summary, SNP analysis is equally effective as STR profiling, but appears more suited for individual identification than STR profiling in cases where DNA may be degraded.
