贫困地区农村校外青少年出路和生产技能需求状况调查

通过对我国10个省份贫困地区1843名农村校外青少年的问卷调查发现,干农活、做家务和外出打工是贫困地区青少年辍学或初中毕业后的主要出路;对城市的不信任感成为他们进城打工的最大障碍,正确引导势在必行;他们学习生产技能的需求有较大缺口,需要建立社会支持系统;贫困农村地区信息资源相对匮乏,亟待加强建设。     

两税合并对中国引进外商直接投资的影响及对策分析

改革开放以来，中国一直实行内外有别的两套企业所得税制度，实践证明，两税并存带来许多问题，必须进行改革，才能适应经济全球化和市场经济的需要。该文认为两税合并总体上不会影响外商投资，分析了两税合并带来的问题，并提出了中国应该采取的对策。     

The administrative state and fiscal policy: A comparative analysis of political issues in China and the United States

This article examines the budgetary politics in China and the United States. It illustrates the inherent political nature of fiscal policies produced by different political and economic systems. Although both countries are concerned with the distributive effects of reform, the study indicates that the central government of China confronts issues related to the distribution of power between the center and the provinces during economic transformation. In contrast, the debate in the United States is produced by the distribution of costs and benefits brought about by federal fiscal policy. The context of the debate is influenced, in part, by the administrative state.     

用Y—染色体特异DNA探针鉴识微量干血痕性别的研究

法医鉴识干血痕性别,通常是用盐酸阿地平染色观察 Y—小体的方法。重组 DNA 技术的发展与应用,为法医物证检验开辟了新的领域。本文用 Y—染色体特异 DNA 探针鉴识干血痕性别的成功,为法医的血痕性别签定,提供了一种新的检验方法。     

应用判别分析法判断胸骨性别的研究

本文测量了85例国人胸骨(男52,女33)的全长、柄长、体长、柄最大宽、体最大宽、柄最大厚及体最大厚七个项目,发现所有项目都具有非常显著的性别差异,但两性间重迭率较高,用单项难以准确判定性别。为此,采用 Fisher 判别分析法建立了判定胸骨性别的判别函数,判别率最高达90%。考虑到残缺胸骨的性别鉴定,亦建立了相应的判别函数。与国外研究相比,本文方法判别率较高且更具有实用价值。

对我国行政诉讼目的检讨与反思

本文对我国行政诉讼法的目的进行了具体分析,并且辨析了它与行政诉讼的目的区别,在此基础上通过我国行政诉讼法的多元目的之间的非一致性的分析,也就是行政主体的具体行政行为的"违法"与行政相对人的权益的"损害"的逻辑关系的展开,说明"兼顾"是不可以的,相反,必须就行政诉讼确立一个基本目的.此外,本文还对与行政诉讼法的目的相关的一些问题进行了检讨和反思.     

浅析中国与东盟的能源合作

能源是人类社会赖以生存和发展的基本要素之一。随着中国经济的快速增长,中国对外能源需求量逐年增长,能源安全成了人们普遍关注的一个全球性的热点问题。因此,中国应通过积极参与双边与多边的能源合作,采取多元化的油气资源供给途径,来保障中国的油气资源的安全供给。随着东盟与中国政治经济关系的升温,东盟各国在中国的能源安全领域扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文在对中国能源现状进行分析的基础上,对中国与东盟开展能源合作这一议题进行剖析,浅析其合作的必要性、可行性及其前景。     

Vulnerability to Friends’ Suicide Influence: The Moderating Effects of Gender and Adolescent Depression

This paper examines whether severity of depression reduces or intensifies the relationship between friends’ suicide attempt and adolescent's own attempt to commit suicide, and whether there are gender differences in this interrelationship. Using logistic regression and data from a nationally representative sample of adolescents studied at 2 points in time, this study yielded significant findings. First, friends’ suicide attempt and adolescent depression each predicts adolescent's own attempt to commit suicide, and these effects are similar for both boys and girls. Second, highly depressed adolescents are less likely than low- or nondepressed adolescents to attempt suicide when their friends attempt suicide, and this relationship is observed mainly among adolescent boys. Finally, for adolescent girls, depression reduces the relationship between friends’ suicidal attempt and adolescent's own attempt but this effect is not statistically significant. These results are discussed in light of their theoretical importance and policy implications.Professor of Sociology at San Diego State University.
