中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院的成立,是理论界的一件令人振奋、令人欣慰的大事,我热烈祝贺研究院的诞生. 马克思主义是我们党和国家指导思想的理论基础.始终如一地坚持马克思主义,并在坚持之中发展马克思主义,是关系党和国家前途命运、关系中华民族伟大振兴的根本性问题.在思想多元化的今天,各种文化思潮大量涌入,坚持和巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,就显得格外重要.在一个社会主义国家里,一旦失去马克思主义的指导地位将会是怎样一种前景,国际上已经给我们提供了活生生的实例,很值得我们深思和警觉.

Age estimation from the structure of adult human teeth: review of the literature.

The literature on age estimation from the structure of adult human teeth is reviewed. Several anatomic changes of teeth have been shown to be valuable in age determination, but there is still controversy concerning the accuracy of cemental annulation. It is believed that improvements in age estimation can be made using direct measurement rather than scoring systems.     

俄罗斯发展道路的"继承性"——普京2007年国情咨文分析

2007年4月26日,普京总统发表2007年国情咨文,内容涉及俄罗斯的整体状况和国家内外政策的基本方向.很多内容引起俄罗斯国内外的关注,如:强调了反对外来资金干涉俄罗斯内政;指出比例代表制的重要意义;表示进一步加强俄罗斯武装力量;建议俄罗斯考虑停止履行《欧洲常规力量条约》;并再次正式表示不再谋求下任总统任职.然而,就国情咨文内容传达的根本目的而言,普京在向世人传达了一个政治信号:俄罗斯的发展需要继承性.     

叶利钦时代美国对俄罗斯政治的影响

由于历史和现实原因,叶利钦时代美国对俄罗斯政治的影响深远。这种影响经历了美国帮助叶利钦巩固政权、支持叶利钦确立俄罗斯发展方向和维护叶利钦政权延续3个阶段。叶利钦时代美国推动俄朝西方民主制度转变是美对俄政策的主要内容和目标。每当俄罗斯国内经济和政治危机加深,美国就会加强对俄罗斯内政的干预。俄罗斯国内政治进程遭受挫折反而会加强美国内反对把俄作为战略伙伴的趋势。美国对俄实施经济援助是基于经济市场化对政治民主化具有促进作用的构想。美国把援俄当作影响俄国内局势、增强叶利钦政治地位的重要手段。美国对俄国内改革的支持主要体现在对叶利钦的支持上,并对俄罗斯人事变动施加压力。     

Identification of human semenogelin in membrane strip test as an alternative method for the detection of semen

Semenogelin (Sg), a protein originating in the seminal vesicles and a substrate for prostate specific antigen (PSA or p30), is a useful marker for the identification of semen. And detection of Sg has been available commercially in a membrane test recently. PSA is commonly used to detect semen in forensic significant samples taken from sexual assault cases. The strip PSA test has been available commercially from various manufacturers for many years. In this study, we evaluated two immunochromatographic membrane tests, one for Sg and the other for PSA by analyzing human semen, other human bodily fluids/materials including urine, blood, saliva, sweat, breast milk, vaginal secretion and fecal materials, semen from various animals and forensic casework samples. The data demonstrate that both Sg and PSA strip tests provide rapid and sensitive method for identification of seminal plasma. These results show that the immunochromatographic method for Sg detection is useful for the identification of seminal plasma in forensic samples, an alternative to the method for PSA detection.     

无身份者能否成为身份犯之共同正犯再探讨

我国《刑法》总则中并无身份的专门规定,刑法理论对身份的理解也没有达成完全共识,当身份与共同犯罪联系起来时显得更为复杂,尤其是对无身份者能否与有身份者成为身份犯之共同正犯问题,更是存在激烈争论。无身份者可以与有身份者构成身份犯之共同犯罪,但由于无身份者的行为对于身份犯而言并不具有实行性,因而无身份者只可以构成身份犯之共犯,不能与有身份者构成身份犯之共同正犯。

Chinese Nationalism and Trust in East Asia

ABSTRACT

China’s rise has been accompanied by a rise in nationalism. But what are the characteristics of this nationalism now being witnessed? Does it support China’s constructive engagement with the international order, or does it seek to assert China’s supremacy? These questions lie at the hub of a rapidly expanding secondary literature on the emergence of nationalism in China and its impact on China’s foreign relations. What is, however, absent from the academic discourse is the voice of the Chinese people themselves. What are their perceptions of the nation-state, and how do these beliefs shape their views of China’s relationship with East Asia? To address this gap, we conducted a series of large-scale surveys in Beijing between 2011 and 2013 on the twinned topics of domestic nationalism and international relations. Our findings, as reported below, represent an initial attempt to answer this final and, arguably, most critical set of questions.
