脑损伤后COX-1和COX-2的表达

环加氧酶(cyclooxygenase,COX)是催化花生四烯酸(arachidonic,AA)合成前列腺素(prostaglandin,PG)的限速酶。后者在调节有丝分裂、凋亡、血管生成、血流动力学、继发性脑损伤及炎症反应等过程中发挥重要作用。COX有两种亚型:COX-1和COX-2。近年来研究证实,COX-1和COX-2在脑损伤过程中扮演了重要的角色。

人性善恶,官场是大染缸,任何人一旦进入,如果不能好好把持自己,手中权力不能受到有效的监督与制约,人性中恶的一面就会暴露。缺乏制约的权力终究会腐败,不论是民选还是“钦定”的官员,不论是中国的官员还是外国的官员,这一点已经是有目共睹。为了行贿收买,行贿者花样翻新、无孔不入,贪财的送钱,好色的送女人,盛宴豪赌、香车豪宅,无所不用其极,有的则专门走所谓“夫人路线”、“子女路线”、“情人路线”、“秘书路线”。不论采取何种路径和手段,最终都是为了达到以钱买权、弄权生钱的目的。政务不公开、财务不透明乃是当前反腐面临的最大问题。     

古典自然法与自然权利学说的现代表述——从《法律帝国》看德沃金对当代西方法理学的贡献

<法律帝国>(Law's Empire,Harvard University Press CambridgeMassachusetts,1986)是当代美国最著名、最活跃的法理学家之一德沃金的一部力作,是作者1977年至1986年这十年间思想的总结.按照作者自己的说法,<法律帝国>"通篇表述的是我几年来断断续续、点点滴滴研究所得的一个答案法律推理是建设性阐释的一种运用,我们的法律存在于对这些法律实践做出尽可能最妥善的叙述之中.①在其早期的代表作<认真对待权利>的基础上,德沃金在<法律帝国>一书中进一步拓展了自己的思想,完成了自身学术生涯的再一次超越,对于当代西方法理学做出了巨大的贡献.本文拟对德沃金在<法律帝国>一书中展现出来的基本思想及才华做一简要评述.

本文利用2000年人口普查资料,对北京市1995～2000年户籍迁移人口和流动人口进行了人口学特征以及区域、产业、行业结构特征分析,结合京津冀区域经济发展战略以及"北京城市空间发展战略研究"新思路,探讨首都未来迁移流动人口的流向与分布趋势,阐述了城市功能定位、空间布局以及产业结构的新格局必将影响首都人口的规模及再分布.

"淫秽性"属于规范的构成要件要素,规范的构成要件要素是故意的认识因素.欠缺"淫秽性"认识的认识错误属于事实错误,阻却故意,不构成淫秽物品犯罪.应该在将淫秽物品犯罪的法定最高刑大为降低的前提下,将欠缺"淫秽性"认识的证明责任分配给被告承担.

Private Sector Incentives and the Diffusion of Agricultural Technology: Evidence from Developing Countries

The role of intellectual property rights (IPRs) has been extensively debated in the literature on technology transfers and agricultural productivity growth in developing countries. However, few studies offer cross-country evidence on how IPRs affect yield growth by incentivising private sector investment in cultivar improvement. We address this knowledge gap by testing technology diffusion patterns for six major crops using a unique dataset for the period 1961–2010 and an Arellano–Bond linear dynamic panel-data estimation approach. Findings indicate that biological and legal forms of IPRs promote yield gap convergence between developed and developing countries, although effects vary by crop.
