四川警察院校大学生心理健康状况调查

目的:研究分析四川警察院校大学生心理健康状况。方法:采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90),通过随机抽样的方式,获得有效样本进行统计分析。结果:警察院校学生心理健康状况与全国常模比,总体水平较差,与全国大学生常模比,警察院校学生的心理健康状况较好,与军校大学生比,警察院校学生心理健康水平相近。结论:警察院校学生心理健康状况不容乐观。     

企业战略创新中的传承问题

企业为了生存、发展 ,需要不断适应变化的市场 ,进行持续的战略创新。与此同时 ,企业也在对企业的价值链、目标、文化的进行某种形式的传承。创新与传承在企业的发展过程中是互动的。本文针对目前企业在发展战略创新中传承缺失的问题 ,提出我国企业有必须注重法人治理结构、激励约束机制、价值链方面的传承。     

试论计算机犯罪侦查取证的方法

由于计算机犯罪具有智能性、隐蔽性、跨地域性、以及资料易被篡改、销毁等特性,并且在侦查取证时技术复杂、要求较高,因而此类案件的侦查取证工作较之于传统案件相对困难。一方面要坚持和遵循传统侦查方法,另一方面在确定犯罪现场、勘察现场以及对数据证据的技术分析等方面,要根据计算机犯罪自身的特点和内在的规律找出有效的侦查方法。以打击计算机犯罪。
