样品成份对“咖啡环”法DNA检测的影响

目的调查样品中常见成份对"咖啡环"法DNA检测的影响。方法将含有不同浓度SDS、Na Cl等的DNA-EB滴加到载玻片上,室温自然蒸发,用凝胶成像系统观察荧光沉积形貌(Deposition Pattern,DP)、计算积分光密度(Integrated Optical Density,IOD),分析量效关系。结果低浓度非DNA成份存在时,DP仍以环状沉积为主,但有年轮环、放射纹等成份特异性细微差异。浓度高时,DP因成份而异,可为环+散在光点型(Na Cl)、中央光斑+弱小环型(SDS)、同心或年轮状多环型(Triton X-100)、环+斑点型(H^+)等。非DNA成份对DNA含量估计有不同程度影响,但估计值多数在0.5~2倍以内。结论样品成份对DNA的DP和IOD均有影响,但不影响DNA含量的粗略估计,且能提供样品纯度和残留物信息。     

Repositioning the corporate criminal: comparing and contrasting corporate criminal liability in Canada and Finland

ABSTRACT

Over the past two decades, a number of states in the Global North have introduced laws aimed at holding corporations criminally liable. While there is an important literature examining these legal regimes there is a paucity of comparative work interrogating the different political struggles and processes leading to corporate criminal liability (CCL) legislation. This paper addresses this lacuna by comparing and contrasting the development of CCL in Canada and Finland. By scrutinizing the law reform processes in each jurisdiction, the paper documents how CCL emerged under different conjunctures in each country, yet were shaped similarly by hegemonic beliefs in the non-criminal status of corporation, the importance of advancing private enterprise and established jurisprudence. Of particular note are the ways in which dominant notions of legal individualism and the universal legal subject constrained legislative efforts to hold corporations criminally to account therein preventing corporate misconduct from being processed as “real” crimes.

盗窃信用卡并使用行为的定性问题,学界尚存争议,其争论的焦点主要在于盗窃信用卡并使用的行为是否成立盗窃罪的问题.现行立法与司法解释对此种行为的定性并不妥当,盗窃信用卡并使用的行为不构成盗窃罪,应定信用卡诈骗罪.由此,应改变<刑法>第196条第3款的的拟制规定为注意规定.     

建国初期河北省禁烟禁毒运动若干措施浅析

中华人民共和国建立初期,河北省开展了声势浩大的禁烟禁毒斗争。在短短三年时间里,就从源头上基本解决了旧中国历届政府所无法解决的烟毒泛滥问题,树立了“无毒省”的形象。当时河北省在禁烟禁毒运动中采取的各种措施,为当前禁毒斗争提供了一些历史参照。

Explaining criminal victimization in Taiwan: A lifestyle approach

Routine activities and lifestyle-exposure theories were shaped and substantially tested in Western societies; this study extended their application to a non-Western context in Taiwan. Using the most recent but underutilized 2005 Taiwan Areas Criminal Victimization Survey, responses from a random sample of 18,046 participants were analyzed for robbery, assault, and personal larceny victimization. The findings showed that the risk factors associated with criminal victimization in Taiwan resembled those in Western nations, but anomalies also appeared. Females faced a higher risk of being robbed than males; married and affluent persons were more likely to be victims of personal larceny than not married or less affluent persons; and those who stayed home at night were more likely to be assaulted than those who went out at night. The discussion of these findings suggest that explaining victimization patterns involve more than victims' attributes or lifestyles; the social and cultural context should be considered as well.     

From Identity to Queer Politics: Shifts in Normative Heterosexuality and the Meaning of Citizenship

This essay argues that there is occurring in the United States something of a shift from identity to queer politics, which is paralleled by changes in the social patterns of normative heterosexuality. I consider some of the implications for thinking about sexual citizenship. In particular, I comment on the ambivalent relationship of a queer politics to a politics of citizenship.

本文分析了当代东南亚海盗与其猎物和政府的关系、打击海盗的国际合作存在的问题等影响当代东南亚海盗兴衰的变量,揭示当代东南亚海盗发展的规律。马六甲海峡和南中国海位于国际海上航运的要冲,源源不断的物流为海盗提供了猎物;东南亚海盗猖獗的根源在于腐败的沿岸国执法人员纵容甚至参与海盗活动。9．11事件之后,打击东南亚海盗的行动成为了国际海上反恐的重要内容,国际社会采取了一系列的措施,如建立打击海盗的国际合作机制和信息共享中心、分担保障国际海上交通要道安全的费用等,增强了沿岸国打击海盗的积极性和执法能力,有效地遏制了东南亚海盗的活动。
