关于先进性建设长效机制的若干理论思考

构建长效机制是从根本上提高党员队伍素质的重要手段，是新世纪新阶段党的先进性建设方式的必然选择。是解决党的先进性建设的长期性与先进性教育活动的阶段性矛盾的必要途径。党员群体构成不同、特点不同、党员先进性表现的侧重点也不同，在构建先进性长效机制的问题上各自面临的问题更不同。

《中山日报》在精神文明和物质文明建设中加强制度建设和队伍建设 ,取得了很大的成绩。他们在内部确立了 39项管理制度 ,加强领导班子建设 ,狠抓党风廉政 ,并且把握正确的政治方向和舆论方向     

论建国60周年实行特赦的现实意义

现代赦免制度尤其是其中的特赦制度，作为刑事政策体系的组成部分，直接关系到宪政体制和刑事法治领域诸多核心而又敏感的问题。本文在阐释了特赦的概念及其特征基础上，分析了我国特赦立法的现状，在指出建国60周年实行特赦的作用和意义之后，提出了建国60周年实行特赦范围。     

Taking the Measure of Law: The Case of the Doing Business Project

This article analyzes a number of yearly reports from the World Bank's Doing Business project, an ambitious international effort to measure various aspects of law and development, analyze their interrelationship, develop benchmarks for assessment of legal systems, and suggest legal reforms. After describing the methodology used, we analyze the strengths and limitations of the project, both as a scholarly enterprise and as a set of proposals for legal reform. Our analysis highlights the challenges associated with measuring legal variables in the face of legal complexity and uncertainty, measuring development when the concept of development is contested, tracing causal connections between law and development, and using scholarly research as a basis for legal reform.     

刑事拘留条件质疑

刑事拘留是公安机关、人民检察院在刑事诉讼中经常采用的一种剥夺人身自由的审前羁押措施 ,其条件、程序和期限都应该有严格的法律限制。我国现行刑事诉讼法规定的刑事拘留 ,存在条件上的不合理性 ,成为了对任何犯罪嫌疑人都可适用的强制措施 ,导致刑事拘留在实践中的大量滥用。应进一步修改以完善刑事拘留条件。     

论均势战略

均势战略是近代才真正出现的战略理论和战略实践.西方战略学界有一种把均势作为维护和平的最佳方法的倾向,主张通过自助、结盟、地缘均衡、军备扩张甚至诉渚战争来建立与维护大国间的均势.信息的不完全性、决策的主观性和力量系统的复杂性,大国争霸的本质和强权政治的逻辑,是西方均势战略的主要不足.建立反对霸权主义、维护世界和平的新型均势战略,是我国战略学界的一项重要任务.     

The Self-Relevant Implications of Distribution Rules: When Self-Esteem and Acceptance Are Influenced by Violations of the Equity Rule

Based on the assumption that distribution rules may have similarities to procedures, the present research examined the extent to which a violation of the equity rule can influence feelings of self-esteem and acceptance as a function of people's social value orientation (i.e., prosocial vs. proself orientation) and attributional explanation (internal vs. external). In a scenario study, participants imagined that they received a similar financial reward as their task partner, but this partner, however, put less effort into the task (i.e., violation of the equity rule). Results showed that this unfair outcome negatively influenced people's feelings of self-esteem and acceptance, but only among those with a proself orientation and when an internal explanation was given for differences in input.
