夫妻家庭财产保险的离婚分割

夫妻离婚时,除了人身关系的终止外,必然还涉及到一系列财产的分割,家庭保险也是其中的一部分。随着人们保险意识的增强,家庭保险也在不断攀升,离婚时家庭保险的分割也日益成为一个重要的问题。婚姻中的保险具有特殊性,文章从夫妻共同财产的认定入手,结合保险利益原则和公平原则阐述夫妻家庭财产保险的分割。     

Chinese considerations of "economic security"

This paper is a preliminary study of Chinese considerations of China’s “economic security”, a notion that gained currency in China-based Chinese scholars’ research on China’s international relations in the 1990s. Among other things, such considerations reflect Chinese scholars’ acceptance of Western Realist/Nationalist convictions about the international political economy. The paper also finds that Chinese concerns about what the international political-economic environment holds for China’s approach to national greatness through economic growth by continuing to interact with the rest of the world, while not unfounded, are more ideology-driven than fact-based. This tendency contrasts sharply with Japanese notions of “economic security,” which have greatly influenced industrial restructuring in Japan and Japan’s international economic/security policies Japan since the term came into being in the 1970s.

Energy security in China–European Union relations: framing further efforts of collaboration

The aim of this article is to help frame the China–EU dialogue on energy security, formally established in 2012, yet in reality adding to decades of sustained dialogue and collaboration to address energy development and policy-making in China. The paper begins by noting that the lack of mutual energy dependence between the EU and China can place a limit to the attractiveness of the security dimension of energy as a topic for further dialogue. China's energy challenges require fast delivery of industry-level results, against ideational aspects associated with search for energy security on the global scale. Then, the article proceeds in four parts: (1) a review and analysis of European and Chinese energy security concepts; (2) an explanation of the rationale for EU–China energy security cooperation and policy coordination; (3) an overview of the past and current undertakings in the energy field between China and the EU; and (4) a set of ideas to consider in making this new layer of formal dialogue effectual.     

芪连汤治疗十二指肠溃疡60例

目的：观察芪连汤对十二指肠溃疡的治疗作用。方法：１２０例患随机分为治疗和对照组,分别予以芪连汤和西药（阿莫西林、得乐胶囊、西米替丁）治疗,疗程１个月。结果：两组总有效率、治愈率均无明显差异,但６个月、１２个月后溃疡复发率,治疗组均低于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）;治疗组幽门螺旋杆菌（ＨＰ）根除率较对照组高（Ｐ〈０．０５）;治疗组治疗后Ｏ＾－２含量明显下降、ＳＯＤ活性升高（Ｐ〈０．０５,Ｐ〈０．０１）。

Forensic examination and application of areca nuts as material evidence

In this study, we aimed to explore the possibility of DNA analysis of areca nut as material evidence and the value of short tandem repeat (STR) typing of areca nut as material evidence under the condition of simulating external environment. In this study, water soaking, soil burial, sun exposure, and wet environment were used to treat areca nut residues. Chelex 100 was used to extract DNA, the PowerPlex21 kit to amplify, and the ABI PRISM^® 310 Genetic Analyzer to analyze the DNA of areca nut residues. DNA and STR typing were performed to analyze the residue after chewing. The results showed that the number of residual sites decreased with time under the conditions of water soaking, soil burial, sun exposure, and wet environment. Thus, areca nut can be used as forensic material evidence for DNA analysis and individual identification.

Localizing the South China Sea problem: the case of China's Hainan

This paper adopts the local government as a unit of inquiry for understanding the South China Sea problem. It examines the case of Hainan Province, which was designated by the central government of China to administer its claims to ownership of natural resources in the disputed waters. It investigates the political economy of the interactions between the national government of China and the provincial government of Hainan in pursuing China's agenda of exploiting resources, fisheries in particular, in the South China Sea waters. It then considers the implications of such findings for considering the international political economy of the South China Sea problem.
