韩国长时间劳动的现状及成因

多年来,韩国的经济取得了较快发展,但是韩国的劳动时间和劳动强度并没有随着经济发展和社会的进步而缩短,缩短劳动时间成为近年来韩国劳资关系面临的三大焦点问题之一。据统计,韩国的劳动时间在OECD成员国中排名一直高居不下,为什么韩国的长时间劳动现象这么严重?成因又是什么?都值得深思。本文从低收入工资体系、劳动时间特别规定、综合薪酬制度等几个方面入手,分析韩国长时间劳动现状和成因。     

浅谈如何开展职工之家实体化建设工作

低碳视角下中国城市化路径的思考

在中国的城市化进程中,是优先发展重大城市,还是优先发展中小城市和小城镇,一直是个富有争议的问题.要准确地回答这一问题,就必须将研究视角聚焦于中国的低碳经济转型.城市化离不开基础设施建设,离不开煤炭、钢铁和水泥这些原材料,而这些原材料的生产、消费和使用恰恰是碳排放的重要来源.在"以小城镇为主"的城市化模式下,煤炭,钢铁和水泥对城市化率的弹性较小,因此更容易实现低碳经济发展.要走"大中小城市和小城镇协调"的城市化之路,就必须依靠创新驱动、能源消费结构和对外贸易结构升级实现低碳经济与城市化的兼顾.

我国程序性辩护的现状和完善

在对抗式司法理念的指导下，加强犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的诉讼权利，强化其辩护权以及实现控辩双方平等武装成为刑事诉讼立法的焦点。伴随我国刑事诉讼理论研究的不断深入，程序公正在刑事诉讼法中地位的提高．程序性辩护逐渐进入立法者的视野。《刑事诉讼法修正草案》确认了程序性辩护制度，并构建了相应的配套机制．但是依然存在一定的缺陷，应当从构建司法审查制度和优化程序性制裁机制两个方面进一步予以完善。

当代马华报刊文本中的华族政治参与意识表达

本文通过对《星洲日报》和《南洋商报》及其他马华主要报刊相关言论和社论的文本分析,揭示了20世纪80-90年代期间马来西亚华人政治参与意识的变化,包括民主政治思想的启蒙,民主政治实践的探索,以及超越种族政治的发展变化过程。     

论刑事发回重审制度——评刑事诉讼法修正案草案第八十三条

刑事诉讼法修正案草案对二审中的发回重审仅仅提到了一点，即限制因事实不清证据不足而发回重审的次数。这种蜻蜓点水式的修改依然不能令人满意，而且存在着理解上的歧义。对比草案前后关于发回重审的不同规定，并结合草案和现行刑诉法中发回重审的规定。分析发回重审存在的矛盾，最后借刑诉法修改之际提出了关于二审中发回重审的修改意见。
