道路交叉口的交通信号控制,旨在通过减少平面交叉口内交通流所产生的冲突点和交织点,提高路口的通行能力,使交通流在交叉路口内能够确保安全并快速通过。城市道路交叉口往往交通流情况复杂,人员密集,交通流量大,一旦缺乏有效的交通控制方式,极易造成交通秩序混乱并引发交通拥堵。本文通过对昆明市一个道路交叉口交通现状进行调查与分析研究,设计并提出合理有效的交通控制方案。

销售假冒注册商标的商品罪具有未遂形态,应以15万元和25万元分别作为本罪未遂数额较大和数额巨大的标准。在既、未遂形态并存时,只要已售部分达到既遂数额标准,就应整体评价为犯罪既遂。既、未遂并存的量刑模式在两部分均符合相应形态数额标准的前提下,应选择性适用先并后定再调整或先定后并二次调整以有利于被告人;在仅有单一部分达到相应形态数额标准时,不应对另一部分仅作为量刑情节考虑。

刘家谋的友人黄鹤龄的诗集钞本《不暇懒斋诗钞》未引起台湾研究者的注意。他的诗歌反映了台湾航海、气候、地震、风俗、文化、古迹、民生、兵事等方方面面的情况,可以说是道光末至咸丰年间台湾社会生活的一面镜子。面对道咸年间台湾世风日下、民生凋敝的状况,他提出重教化、贵树艺、勤桑麻的救世主张。他的诗集应该与刘家谋的《海音诗》、《观海集》一样成为研究台湾道咸年间社会状况的重要资料。
