冠心病猝死心肌肌动蛋白缺失的免疫组织化学定量研究

应用免疫组织化学LSAB法和图像处理系统，对德国慕尼黑大学法医学研究所1994年尸检冠心病猝死和对照组病例（各15例）的心肌肌动蛋白缺失情况进行定量研究。发现冠心病猝死病例心肌纤维内有明显的肌动蛋白缺失，是大小不一，多发、散在分布；对照组无或仅局限性小灶状缺失。将检测结果定量分析比较，其差异非常显著，说明重度冠状动脉粥样硬化患者是否冠心病猝死，其心肌肌动蛋白缺失的范围和程度有明显差异，冠心病猝死和对照组病例心肌肌动蛋白缺失的差异具有诊断意义，而形态定量分析能较客观准确地反映心肌纤维内肌动蛋白缺失量的变化。     

The use of human skin in the fabrication of a bite mark template: two case reports

Comparison of a suspected biter's dental arches with the patterned injury of a bite mark is especially difficult when the bite occurs in an anatomic location with a small radius of curvature or with complex or compound curves. The authors present two case reports in which human skin was used as a template for the reproduction of a bite. In one case the victim's skin was used; in the other, the skin of a anatomically similar person was used. The use of inked dental casts, photography, and transparent overlays significantly reduced the errors common to analysis of bite marks in these highly curved areas.     

Capital punishment, criminals and enemies

Right of life and life are different concept. The former is endowed w by state beforehand, which is proved through his behavior that he is deserved to own the right of life. The one who thoroughly offend the basic norm in the law is the enemy of our realistic world. If only the enemy still have danger to threaten the society, he should be executed to death penalty, and deprived of his life, but will not happen the problem of miscarriage of justice and inhumanity. Retention of offender DNA samples serves an important quality assurance role for forensic DNA laboratories. Consistent with the principles of confidentiality underlying the establishment of the state and national DNA databases, safeguards are in place to protect the DNA samples from unauthorized use.     

最高法院出版物:功能解读与成因分析

作为一种重要的治理方式和技术手段,最高法院的出版物通过承担一定的功能(直接功能和间接功能),对于最高法院审判职能以及其他延伸职能的实现发挥着重要的作用。从反馈的信息来看,最高法院出版物的积极效果较为明显。最高法院出版物的生成及其规模化运作,同中国特定的政治控制模式、法院管理体制和法院制度的转型有着密切的联系。当然,最高法院出版物的运作在一定程度上与审判独立原则存在矛盾和冲突。虽然如此,最高法院出版物仍将在今后一定时期内长期存在。     

作为哲学问题的全球化

从哲学的向度考察全球化,它就是一场在"经济-文化-政治"框架内全面展开的新自由主义意识形态战略,是被资本主义所扭曲的现代性实现其全球战略的实践,我们不能因为对全球社会的美好愿望而忽视对这场全球化的批判.     

Demonstration of esophageal varices postmortem by gastroesophageal phlebography

The study presents a method for the demonstration of esophageal varices at autopsy by gastroesophageal phlebography. The veins visible on the radiographs were controlled and evaluated by studying the gross appearance of sections of the esophagus at the level of the varicose veins and by histologic examination of the sections. The phlebography was found to be useful in estimating the varicose and normal veins of the esophagus. The study indicates further that the degree of varicosity is not always proportional to the severity of cirrhosis of the liver, and there may be varicose esophageal veins in patients with liver or heart disorders without hepatic cirrhosis.
