临床分离动物源性大肠杆菌周浆蛋白AcrA表达水平的测定

为研究大肠杆菌周浆蛋白AcrA表达水平与不同动物源性大肠杆菌多重耐药水平之间的关系,将获得的重组阳性质粒pET28a(+)-acrA转化至大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)细胞中,经IPTG诱导表达,得到约42ku的目的蛋白。AcrA蛋白表达产物经侧带法纯化后免疫獭兔,制备抗AcrA的多克隆抗体,采用间接ELISA法检测临床分离的31株不同动物源性大肠杆菌中acrA基因的表达水平。结果显示,随着多数被检大肠杆菌多重耐药水平的提高,AcrA蛋白的表达量有上调的趋势。表明,动物源性大肠杆菌的多重耐药水平与AcrA蛋白的表达水平可能存在相关性。     

公安机关在非法集资犯罪治理中的困境及对策

非法集资犯罪发案率居高不下,当前对非法集资犯罪的治理呈现内卷化的特点,公安机关预防犯罪职能的实现受到质疑,警察权的萎缩、治理手段的单一,暴露出对非法集资犯罪实行二元治理的弊端。对此,应当对现有的治理模式进行重新审视,改变对非法集资犯罪的二元治理格局,进行一元治理。     

权益变动披露规则重构的反思

2019年《证券法》对权益变动披露规则在信息披露规则、慢走规则以及罚则标准进行了重构,自修订成果来看,平衡理论没有得到贯彻,收购预警机制的功能进一步彰显。信息披露规则应结合最新个案逐渐形成标准,慢走规则宜保留并转向责任的分担。限制表决权及大额罚款的行政处罚仍是违规责任承担的主要方式,未来没收违法所得应有适用空间,并可探索代表人民事诉讼作为重要的救济手段。     

Worldview and Methodology of Advancing the Construction of the Rule of Law in China

This work discusses a worldview and a methodology concerning ideological approaches by which Marxists can understand and transform the world, based on well-defined value truth, theory and philosophy. The work builds on the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which highlights the following priorities to which XI Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era must adhere: putting the people first, maintaining self-confidence and self-reliance, upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, adopting a problem-oriented approach, applying system thinking, and maintaining a global vision. Furthermore, this work argues that these priorities should be applied to promote the rule of law in China’s new journey. As the starting points of analysis and understanding, the meta-theory and “six must-dos” follow the general principles of Marxism in interpreting and promoting socialist concepts, theory, law-based path and legal system in the New Era with Chinese characteristics. The metatheory and the “six must-dos” provide the logical foundations and fundamental compliance with XI Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. Only by applying these “six must-dos” well can we understand and implement XI Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, enhance the rationality, initiative, foresight and creativity of our work in comprehensively promoting the rule of law in China.     

多元文化社会中的日常饮食实践与群体共生——基于宁夏银川的人类学考察

随着经济发展和城市建设的不断需要,大批外来人口陆续迁入城市社会并扎根生活.伴随着人口流动,各种饮食文化也被带到同一社会中,发生碰撞与交融.人们有机会接触和选择越来越多的原本存在于其它族群与社会中的风味饮食,通过共餐走进和品尝他者的文化.在宁夏银川市区的个案研究中看到,原有的以饮食为代表的文化边界在杂居的城市社会生活中,由于其所具有的弹性,不断发生调适以至某种程度上被打破和超越.人们通过日常饮食生活实践走进彼此,理解并接纳彼此,实现地方共同体社会的和合共生,为理解中国这样一个多民族国家在新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了地方经验.

Zhi Yueying:Nurturing Children in the Mountain

VILLAGE teacher Zhi Yueying was loudly applauded at the national poverty alleviation commendation conference in February 2021,when she was honored for her contribution to poverty allevia-tion through education.Over the past 40 years,she has been teaching at Niyang Primary School and a learning center in remote mountain-ous Baiyang Village,in Zaoxia Town,Fengxin County,Yichun City,Jiangxi Province.Zhi has helped more than 1,000 children rise above the tough life in mountains and pursue a bright fu-ture.She also sponsored more than 20 students from impoverished families to complete their studies.

5G时代人工智能识别技术在视频侦查中的应用

虽然视频侦查为侦查破案开拓了新的渠道,也经过了几年的发展,但目前看,“比对与查找”还基本停留在人工方式。这其中耗费了大量的时间和人力,对破案的效率有一定的影响。5G时代的到来使得视频侦查手段得以进一步发展,本文对5G时代下的行人重识别技术进行了阐述,并总结说明了该技术在侦查中的应用。
