试析供应链视角下产业集群的良性发展

产业集群是近年来经济学界研究的热门现象,而对于供应链的管理与产业集群的结合研究,目前还比较少。笔者在对产业集群的内涵与实践理解的基础上,引入供应链式的产业集群的相关理论,提出了基于供应链视角下的产业集群良性发展的理论研究和实证分析。     

不同运动项目对中年女性身体形态和机能锻炼效果的研究

本研究采用不同的运动项目实验后发现,中年女性运动后的腰臀比指数、安静心率和血压与运动前相比明显下降.血压异常的受试者实验后收缩压和舒张压均明显下降,基本恢复至正常范围.表明科学的健身运动对预防肥胖、减缓心功能衰退,改善循环系统的生理功能有明显效果.     

Households’ Noncompliance With Resettlement Compensation In Urban China: Toward An Integrated Approach

Political scientists and economists argue that citizens decide whether or not to comply by weighing the benefits of compliance against possible costs from an instrumental perspective, while legal scholars focus on the procedures by which policy outcomes are generated from a procedural perspective, and sociologists emphasize people’s motives to reciprocate with other community members from a collective perspective. However, we still don’t know how these three perspectives can predict citizens’ noncompliance. Concentrating on the experience from mainland China, this work aims to develop a general noncompliance theory by integrating these approaches to explore why households are noncompliant with policies for resettlement compensation provided by local authorities in city regeneration projects. Based on a survey from a minority community in Xi’an and follow-up interviews, households with larger-sized houses, lower trust in local authority, and higher reliance on other community members are found to be more noncompliant with the compensation, which suggests that these three perspectives work together to predict citizens’ noncompliance. Implications for public accountability research in China are also discussed.     

Judicial independence and state-business relations: the case of Taiwan’s ordinary courts

The question of how ordinary courts in new and emerging democracies may gain judicial independence remains an understudied subject compared to its constitutional court counterpart. Through a case study of Taiwan, this article adopts and expands upon the concept of power diffusion from the extant literature, arguing that the growing power of Taiwan’s private corporate sector led the dominant political party Kuomintang (KMT) to grant independence to the ordinary courts as a means to check against this threat, because the excessive rent-seeking and corruption brought about by these empowered corporations were threatening the nation’s successful economic model and its rule of law. Also, due to the corporate sector’s growing influence on the ruling party itself, the KMT leadership had to devise strategies that can credibly commit to ordinary court independence, which would otherwise be reversed thereafter. This unique implication guides a qualitative empirical analysis that reinterprets the historical events surrounding the judicial reforms that took place in the mid-1990s. The results yield strong evidence in support of the theory.

和平统一、一国两制是我党对台工作的基本方针,寄希望于台湾人民是对台工作的重要方针之一.争取台湾民心工作是寄希望于台湾人民工作的一项重要内容,对于促进两岸关系和平发展,实现祖国和平统一具有十分重要的意义.争取台湾民心是促进两岸关系和平发展,实现祖国和平统一的基础,从台湾民调情况看,此项工作对于我们来讲仍然十分艰巨,但纵观台湾的历史,我们充分相信台湾人民会做出有利于和平统一的正确选择.由于历史和现实的原因,目前台湾民众的心态非常复杂,但总体上是求和平、求安定、求发展.因此,按照科学发展观的要求,争取台湾民心工作,应坚持以人为本,从满足台湾人民的心理需求出发,加强争取台湾民心工作的科学性;统揽对台工作全局,使争取台湾民心工作得到全面发展;统筹规划民间对台工作,使争取台湾民心工作得到协调发展;系统做好民间对台工作,使争取台湾民心工作得到可持续发展.     

自我表述与他者表述整合的非洲图景——兼论非洲研究的视角与方法

长期以来,非洲因表述主体的不同而被"发现"或被"建构"成不同的形态.一是"自我表述与建构"的非洲,它由非洲本土世代传承下来的传统符号系统组成.二是"他者表述与建构"的非洲,它由近世以来外部世界关于非洲的知识系统(学者著述、媒体报道、游记描述,等等)组成.自我表述的非洲与他者表述的非洲,两者常常相去甚远,各有形态.只有在"自我表述"与"他者表述"之间不断地穿梭往来,融合两者的视角与方法,方可建构起一个相对完整真实的非洲图景.     

台湾政治民主化中的民粹主义

20世纪 80年代末 ,台湾政治开始了向西方式的民主转型 ,然而 ,在政治转型的过程之中 ,也出现了民粹主义的泛滥现象。本文比较了民主主义与民粹主义的区别 ,指出了民粹主义泛滥的危害 ,分析了民粹主义产生的原因 ,着重指明了“台独”分子的操纵是民粹主义泛滥的最重要的原因     

骆驼斯氏副柔线虫病传播媒介的筛选与确定

对从内蒙古骆驼生活环境中采集到的24种蝇进行普通生物学剖检,并进一步用斯氏副柔线虫特异性引物ST1、ST2对蝇体内检获的幼虫进行分子生物学鉴定,以筛选与确定骆驼斯氏副柔线虫病的传播媒介。结果显示,在西方角蝇和截脉角蝇体内均发现了疑似斯氏副柔线虫幼虫,感染强度为1～22条/个,雌蝇与雄蝇感染强度差异不显著;幼虫长度为1.033～1.934mm;雄蝇的感染率为43.8%～48.0%,雌蝇的感染率为35.7%～46.2%。扩增得到的部分ITS序列(包括5.8S)与GenBank中登录的斯氏副柔线虫ITS序列同源性高达99.3%。基本确定了西方角蝇和截脉角蝇为斯氏副柔线虫病的传播媒介。     

少孢节丛孢菌胞外蛋白酶的诱导与生化性质

应用不同诱导剂和不同营养组成的液体培养基诱导培养捕食线虫性真菌——少孢节丛孢菌产生发酵液,经浓缩处理后,对发酵液中的蛋白质含量、酶活性以及相关的生化性质进行了测定。结果表明,培养基的组成成分和相关诱导剂能够显著影响少孢节丛孢菌的代谢过程;而且秀丽新杆线虫刺激少孢节丛孢菌产生的培养基滤液和氨基酸刺激所产生的发酵液内含成分不同;蛋白酶活性越高的滤液中,磷酸酶活性越低;产生胞外蛋白酶的最佳培养时间为6d。
