Organic impurity profiling of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) tablets seized in The Netherlands.

In this study, a new method was developed for the impurity profiling of illicit MDMA tablets. The extraction efficiency, linearity, repeatability and reproducibility of the method were evaluated. Eighty two MDMA tablets coming from presumed unrelated large seizures in 2004 (n >500 tablets) were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in order to assess the discrimination power of the method. The latter was found to be practical, robust, relatively easy to perform, highly discriminative and yielding good chromatography. In addition, some new impurities were detected and identified. Their chemical structures and mass spectra are reported.

卧底侦查是强制侦查中的一种,与诱惑侦查同属于化装侦查。卧底侦查是对付重大的有组织犯罪的有效手段,也是最后的侦查手段。由于卧底侦查副作用明显,我国又没有相关法律规定,而实践中的适用又因有组织犯罪的猖獗而无法回避,对卧底侦查法理根据的探讨,关于卧底侦查具体法律规定的讨论,就为未来的立法和当前的侦查实践所需要。     

我国积极应对绿色壁垒的法律对策

随着可持续发展理念的深入人心以及全球性环境保护运动的开展,加之贸易保护主义的抬头,绿色壁垒作为一种技术性贸易壁垒的新形式为广大发达国家所利用,这对发展中国家特别是我国的对外贸易提出了挑战。本文分析了绿色壁垒的涵义、成因及表现形式,指出了绿色壁垒对我国的影响,提出了我国应对绿色壁垒的法律对策。     

Influence of electricity on post-mortal body temperature

In a case of suicidal application of electricity differences between the rectal temperature of the body and the suspected time of death were observed.In order to answer the question whether an electric current from hand to hand over >30 min led to a rise in body temperature FEM-based computer simulations and animal experiments were carried out. Both resulted in a warming of the soft parts in the arm without warming the body core. Thus a temperature-based estimation of the time since death can also be used in cases with electricity as the cause of death. Besides, in the animal experiment we found a spontaneous rise in the body core temperature even without application of electricity which may be a reason for the typical temperature plateau after death.     

胰岛素样生长因子及其受体mRNAs在绵羊生殖系统中的表达和分布

为检测胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)及其受体(IGFR)mRNAs在绵羊发情周期早期卵巢、子宫和输卵管中的表达,探讨绵羊胚胎早期发育过程中其发育环境——生殖道中生长因子的表达、分泌及其作用,取绵羊发情周期早期卵巢、子宫和输卵管,经固定、切片、免疫染色,观察IGFs mRNAs的表达和分布情况。同时用RT-PCR技术研究了各组织中IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-ⅠR、IGF-ⅡR mRNAs的表达情况。结果表明,IGFs mRNAs在绵羊发情周期早期的卵巢、子宫和输卵管中都有表达,4种因子表达模式相似:在卵巢中,IGFs主要定位于卵泡颗粒细胞,间质细胞亦有少量表达。在输卵管中,上皮细胞免疫染色呈阳性;在子宫中,腺细胞及上皮细胞的阳性信号强于固有层。RT-PCR检测表明IGFs mRNAs在3种组织中均有表达。
