我国企业跨国经营战略体系的构建

面对经济全球化和加入世界贸易组织的新形势 ,我国企业要想在全球性的竞争中生存和发展 ,必须积极参与国际竞争 ,走跨国经营的道路。尽管目前我国企业在跨国经营过程中存在着许多问题 ,但只要勇于找出不足 ,从战略调整和战略选择入手 ,构建我国企业跨国经营的战略体系 ,就一定能够成功实施跨国经营战略 ,实现企业的跨越式发展。     

网络学习述评

Evaluation of shooting distance by AFM and FTIR/ATR analysis of GSR

The techniques of atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Fourier transform infrared attenuated total reflectance (FTIR/ATR) spectroscopy are applied to the analysis of gun-shot residue (GSR) to test their ability to determine shooting distance and discrimination of the powder manufacturers. AFM is a nondestructive technique that is capable of characterizing the shapes and size distributions of GSR particles with resolution down to less than a nanometer. This may be useful for estimation of the shooting distance. Our AFM images of GSR show that the size distribution of the particles is inversely proportional to the shooting distance. Discrimination of powder manufacturers is tested by FTIR/ATR investigation of GSR. Identifying the specific compounds in the GSR by FTIR/ATR was not possible because it is a mixture of the debris of several compounds that compose the residue. However, it is shown that the GSR from different cartridges has characteristic FTIR/ATR bands that may be useful in differentiating the powder manufacturers. It appears promising that the development of AFM and FTIR/ATR databases for various powder manufacturers may be useful in analysis and identification of GSR.     

社会组织在支持未成年残疾人参与权利实现中的功能分析

本文试图通过对一名聋哑未成年人的生活史和生活环境的考察,分析非正式和正式社会组织在实现未成年残疾人参与权中的功能。文章发现,聋哑未成年人在社会参与方面的困难,不完全是由于他自身的听语障碍,也由于主流社会没有为残疾人提供有效参与的条件和环境。聋哑人的非正式组织在聋哑未成年人参与权的实现方面,发挥着重要的作用,其主要功能包括交流工具的学习、同类人员的聚集、交流和互助、以及利益表达等。

刑事侦讯：一种权力的表达

从本体论的角度对刑事侦讯的认识，实际上是对刑事侦讯作为一种行为的认识。由这一行为的法律因素和主体因素所决定，刑事侦讯可归类为一种权力行为，确切地说是一种具有权力属性的行为。然而，刑事侦讯的权力属性，并非意味着刑事侦讯属于侦讯者的一种权力，将其称为一种权力的表达可能更为贴切。就刑事侦讯的特性来看，这一权力表达的符号系统可以分为三类：侦讯者的权力表达系统、侦讯环境的权力表达系统和侦讯规范的权力表达系统。刑事侦讯的体系建构须将可能影响和决定刑事侦讯权力表达方式和目标的侦讯自身要素和外部因素纳入考量范畴。     

Quantitative Statistics and Identification of Tool‐Marks

This study was designed to establish a feature identification method of tool‐mark 2D data. A uniform local binary pattern histogram operator was developed to extract the tool‐mark features, and the random forest algorithm was adopted to identify these. The presented method was used to conduct five groups of experiments with a 2D dataset of known matched and nonmatched tool‐marks made by bolt clippers, cutting pliers, and screwdrivers. The experimental results show that the proposed method achieved a high rate of identification of the tool‐mark samples generated under identical conditions. The proposed method effectively overcomes the disadvantage of unstable illumination of 2D tool‐mark image data and avoids the difficulty in mark inspection caused by manually preset parameters in the existing methods, thus reducing the uncertainty of inspected results.
