感性交往:网络时代异地恋青年的网络交往过程的质性研究

随着互联网和通信技术的发展,以网络为媒介的社会交往成为青年群体日常生活的重要部分。本研究通过对大学生异地恋情侣网络交往过程的质性研究呈现其交往的感性化特质,即网络交往语言亲密化,网络交往拉近心理距离,延续传统社会交往规范。网络是中国异地恋青年维系和发展亲密关系的新空间,青年通过网络空间产生比网下空间更为亲密的“文恋”的感性交往形态。网络也是青年延续传统社会交往规范进行感性交往的新空间,青年通过“交心”“心近”等交往模式维系和发展异地恋爱关系。分辨并适应网络空间中的感性交往和理性交往是未来值得关注的青年研究议题。     

The strong German state and the weak feminist movements

This article examines the causes of the marginalisation of women in political and economic decision‐making processes that are part of the ‘routine’ policy‐making process of the German state. The larger theoretical question is whether there is a ‘gender bias of the German state’ that has made its institutional structures less amenable to women's participation and their political agenda. Given the evidence, the answer is ‘yes’. There are specific exclusionary mechanisms that characterise the German polity, and these are antithetical to women's participation and concerns. These mechanisms act as gatekeepers of both legislation and discursive practices and are constitutive of the German Fraktionstaat and the corporatist system of economic bargaining.     

Labour demand and Agroindustrial development: The evidence from Mexico

Agroindustrialisation, in contrast to assertions by Mexican policy‐makers, has had a negative employment‐generating effect in agriculture in the region known as El Bajío. The impact of widespread crop substitution and the wholesale transfer of technology promoted by transnational processing plants have both reduced the total labour employed and increased the instability of employment through heightened seasonality of labour demand. A decomposition analysis assesses the role played by various determinants of labour demand in the alteration of regional agricultural employment which has resulted from agro‐industrialisation.

孟子一生从事教育事业长达40余年,他用自己毕生的经验肯定了教育的必要性和重要性。无论从教育者本身还是从受教育者来讲,他都提出了很多好的见解。如"性善论"指出了教育的功能";乐于教育"提出了教育者应具备的态度;"因材施教"指出了教育的方法";取法乎上"则对受教育者提出了要求。除此之外,孟子对为人处事也有独到见解。     

Utilising 360‐degree feedback in the public sector: A case study of the Korean central government

The 360‐degree feedback involves all aspects of a group: managers, colleagues, subordinates, and customers. Recently, the Korean Civil Service Commission (CSC) supports the use of multiple raters as an effective method of assessing performance, both for developmental and appraisal needs. The 360‐degree feedback was officially adopted for employee promotion in the Korean central government in 1998. However, there are direct costs in designing 360‐degree feedback instruments and in training sessions for implementation, as well as human costs that include confusion and fear about 360‐degree feedback. Like many organisational change efforts, cultures and habits are slow to change. Autocratic managers can be reluctant to change the rules in any fashion that could pose a threat to their positions of power.     

结果导向的裁判思维——基于法官审判经验的实证研究

根据后果来证立裁判的裁判思维普遍符合法官的审判经验,但后果考量应当建立在解释规则充分运用的基础之上,从而将后果考量纳入法教义学的框架,在裁判目标上兼顾"正确的裁判"与"可接受的裁判"。为此,应当通过确立裁判后果的系统分类,限制法外因素和间接法源影响裁判后果的条件,确立后果主义审判的法律方法论,从而防范后果主义审判所形成的恣意司法的风险。

校园欺凌是一个世界各国普遍存在且日趋严重的问题,对涉及其中的青少年都会产生短期或长期的不良影响.面对我国治理校园欺凌的法律困境,通过完善立法、严格执法、公正司法,切实推进校园欺凌的综合治理.     

党内法规文本规范建设研究

加强党内法规文本建设是推进党内法规制度建设的题中应有之义,也是党内法规规范性建设的重要内容。党内法规文本在发展过程中逐渐形成了行文语言、体例格式、文本结构、书籍形态等多重规范要素。精确性与政治性相统一的行文语言,以条款为主要篇章布局的体例格式,标题、内容和印发三要素相统一的规范结构,集选编汇编、单行本、党的文件文献为一体的书籍形态,共同构成了党内法规文本建设由点到线、由线到面、由面到体的一体化规范样态。研究党内法规文本载体的多重样态与规范性建设问题,对厘清党内法规文本具体规范、明确党内法规文本建设标准具有重要意义,也为新时代加强党内法规规范性建设提供重要参照。
