高校期刊数字出版现状与前景分析

当全球性的数字出版浪潮向我国出版业席卷而来时,业界表现出了前所未有的关注。我国数字出版的发展速度和繁荣程度是惊人的,为其进一步的深化提供了良好的基础和条件。目前,我国高校期刊数字出版尚停留在低层次的合作层面,并非真正意义上的“数字出版”。在今后的发展道路上,高校期刊需要依循循序渐进的合作发展模武,并正确认识发展过程中的相关问题,逐步探索一条适应高校期刊发展规律特点的数字出版之路。

An Emerging Consensus on the US Threat: the United States according to PLA officers

Though the PLA elite perceptions of the United States have fluctuated over time, there has been some regularity in the evolution of their perceptions. Comparing the dominant perceptions of the United States among different generations of Chinese military elites in the PRC, we find that the PLA elite perceptions of US intentions have been foremost influenced by China's strategic interest in a certain period, rather than the level and intensity of bilateral exchanges at the time. Using the case of US arms sales to Taiwan and the case of the South China Sea and the Diaoyu Islands, we try to assess how consistent and persistent PLA elite perceptions of the US have been in recent years. While we agree that these outspoken military men cannot be taken on the surface as indicative of China's national policies, we will also point out several important dimensions that are likely to allow the PLA to play a more influential role in setting the agenda for China's strategic interest in the era of Xi Jinping.     

GC／MS法检验血液中双甲脒及其代谢产物

目的建立血液中双甲脒及其代谢产物单甲脒的气质联用定量检测方法。方法采用液-液萃取前处理,考察了不同的提取溶剂和pH值对检测结果的影响,优化了萃取条件。结果在最优条件下,该方法对双甲脒和单甲脒的检出限分别为2ng/mL和3ng／mL,两种目标物在20～2000ng／mL范围内线性关系良好（砰分别为0．9997和0．9992）,血液中双甲脒和单甲脒的回收率为8l％～90％。结论该方法具有良好的灵敏度、重现性、稳定性和专属性,可用于法庭科学与临床学的毒物分析。     

论我国海洋倾废管理中的激励问题

海洋倾废管理是海洋环境管理的重要组成部分.本文从激励角度入手,基于激励手段在海洋倾废管理中的缺失来讨论目前海洋倾废管理所面临的问题,并进一步探究如何利用经济激励手段及教育激励手段改善海洋倾废管理主体监督执法动力不足、效率低下的现状,以促使海洋倾废管理对象在消除抵触情绪的同时采取有益于减少海洋倾废的源头控制行为.

美国硅谷与128公路高科技园区由于形成机制不同 ,园区文化距离很大 ,管理模式相异 ,服务环境差别明显 ,导致两者发展各异 ,他们成败的经验教训对我国建立高科技园区有很强的借鉴意义     

绵羊痘病毒E3L基因在Vero细胞中的表达

为了构建组成型表达绵羊痘病毒E3蛋白的真核表达载体,并检测E3蛋白在Vero细胞中瞬时表达的情况,将绵羊痘病毒E3L基因亚克隆至pcDNA3.1(+)表达载体,构建重组质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-E3L,经酶切和测序鉴定正确后转染至Vero细胞,利用Western-blot和间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)对E3蛋白的表达水平进行鉴定。结果显示,转染后第48小时可检测到E3L基因高水平的表达。这一研究结果为进一步研究绵羊痘病毒E3蛋白的生物学功能奠定了基础。     

Fatal poisoning due to ingestion of boiled oleander leaf extract

Nerium oleander is an ornamental evergreen shrub belonging to the family Apocynaceae. The Apocynaceae family includes the attractive evergreen shrub known as oleander. The cardiotoxic glycoside, oleandrin, is present in all portions of the common oleander plant. Oleander consumption can result in deadly situations accidentally or as a suicide attempt. After consuming kettle-boiled oleander leaf extract as part of a suicide attempt, an 80-year-old man was discovered comatose in his home and taken to our emergency room. The patient's heart rate was 30 beats per minute, and he had hypotension. Arterial blood gas analysis revealed remarkable metabolic acidosis and hyperkalemia (K: 7.7 mEq/L). An electrocardiogram showed a wide QRS wave, similar to a sine curve. The patient collapsed following cardiac arrest soon after hospital arrival. Veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation was initiated; however, the patient eventually died. The serum level of oleandrin at hospital arrival, subsequently measured by LC–MS/MS, was found to be 33.4 ng/mL, far above the levels reported in previous fatal cases.
