人类酪氨酸羟化酶基因SNP多态性与精神疾病的相关性

目的通过调查人类酪氨酸羟化酶（tyrosine hydroxylase,TH）基因的部分SNP在正常及疾病群体中的分布,探讨TH基因与精神疾病的相关性。方法采用DNA测序和实时荧光定量PCR技术,选择正常人、精神分裂症患者、抑郁症患者群体及部分精神分裂症患者家系的DNA为样本,对TH基因外显子3中的G334A和内含子9中的C5162G两个SNP位点进行分析。结果（1）G334A位点G和A的等位基因频率分布分别为：正常人群0.214和0.786;精神分裂症群体0.133和0.867;抑郁症群体0.116和0.884。（2）C5162G位点C和G的等位基因频率分布分别为：正常人群0.961和0.039;精神分裂症群体0.962和0.038;抑郁症群体0.959和0.041。结论G334A基因频率的分布在正常人群与精神分裂症和忧郁症群体之间的差别均有统计学意义,而C5162G基因频率的分布无统计学意义。     

A LDR‐PCR Approach for Multiplex Polymorphisms Genotyping of Severely Degraded DNA with Fragment Sizes <100 bp*

Abstract: Reducing amplicon sizes has become a major strategy for analyzing degraded DNA typical of forensic samples. However, amplicon sizes in current mini‐short tandem repeat‐polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and mini‐sequencing assays are still not suitable for analysis of severely degraded DNA. In this study, we present a multiplex typing method that couples ligase detection reaction with PCR that can be used to identify single nucleotide polymorphisms and small‐scale insertion/deletions in a sample of severely fragmented DNA. This method adopts thermostable ligation for allele discrimination and subsequent PCR for signal enhancement. In this study, four polymorphic loci were used to assess the ability of this technique to discriminate alleles in an artificially degraded sample of DNA with fragment sizes <100 bp. Our results showed clear allelic discrimination of single or multiple loci, suggesting that this method might aid in the analysis of extremely degraded samples in which allelic drop out of larger fragments is observed.     

论财产权过度限制的损失补偿制度——以“禁摩令”案为例

财产的价值在于利用。对财产权进行限制,以至财产权人无法利用其财产时,虽无征收之名,却有征收之实。在这种情形下,由于财产权并未被剥夺,财产权人不享有征收补偿请求权。此外,由于限制财产权的行为具有合法性,财产权人无法请求国家赔偿。如何保护财产权人,提供必要的救济手段,不无疑问。以"禁摩令"反映的社会问题为切入点,深入研究财产权限制及补偿问题,有助于完善损失补偿体系并保障财产权人的利益。     

An Examination of the Sequence of Intersecting Seal and Laser Printing Toner Line

Examining the sequence of intersecting seal and laser printing line is a significant method of determining the authenticity and validity of documents. In this study, five brands of stamp pad inks, three types of inkpads and seven kinds of laser printers were used to make heterogeneous line intersections. Observation method of physical characteristics, scraping technique and fluorescence method was used to determine the sequence of intersecting lines. Distinguishing features were noted between the materials produced in both sequences. As the results obtained from the study were positive, these features might provide a scientific basis for accurately determining the sequence between laser printing line and inkpad (stamp pad ink) seal.     

Adverse Childhood Experiences Affect Health Risk Behaviors and Chronic Health of Iowans

Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), include childhood abuse and household dysfunction, and are associated with a variety of behavioral risk factors and chronic illnesses in adulthood. This study replicates the original ACEs study (Felitti et al. American Journal of Preventive Medicine, 14(4), 245–258. doi: 10.1016/s0749-3797(98)00017-8, 1998) with a representative sample of adults in Iowa. Data come from the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) survey of 2012 when ACE assessments were first introduced in Iowa by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2012). The majority of adults in Iowa (58%) have experienced at least one ACE, and depending on the type of ACE, co-occurrence of ACEs ranged from 76% to 97%. Health risk behaviors in adulthood, such as drinking, smoking, and obesity were significantly related to the number of ACEs experienced. ACEs were also associated with depression. Chronic health outcomes including heart disease, stroke, and COPD were also significantly predicted by the number of ACEs. This replication study demonstrates that the need for intervention and prevention programs in Iowa are similar to the needs found in other states in the U.S. for addressing the consequences of ACEs.

金融危机使俄罗斯经济遭重创,2009年俄GDP增长率在全球前十大经济体中排名最后。其原因主要是经济结构畸形、金融系统脆弱、企业外债规模过大等。总结金融危机爆发后的经验教训,俄提出了振兴俄罗斯的“现代化战略”,并已开始显现影响力。由于受国内经济结构以及与西方国家关系的影响,俄“现代化战略”的全面实现尚会面临诸多困难,但俄未来的发展机遇仍会大于挑战。
