阿维菌素在急性中毒死家兔体内的再分布研究

目的考察阿维菌素在急性中毒死家兔体内的再分布。方法按最小致死量一次性灌胃250mg/kg阿维菌素,HPLC法检测家兔死后0h、24h、48h和72h中阿维菌素的含量。结果给家兔一次性灌胃250mg/kg阿维菌素的临床死亡时间为120.6±9.2min(±s,n=10);测定了阿维菌素的致死血浓度和致死组织浓度;家兔死后0h~72h心血和各主要脏器组织中阿维菌素含量存在体内再分布现象;确定肝、肾、肺为最佳组织检材。结论阿维菌素在急性中毒死家兔体内的再分布数据,对法医办理此类案件具有重要参考价值。     

国际关系研究中应该发问的几个问题

在思考“中国的国际关系理论”问题时,本文提出了几个问题。这些问题包括“中国”的含义、国际关系理论的中国化、受到“忽视”的问题、研究日程上的核心问题、“谁”的国际关系理论等。

非损害赔偿侵权责任方式的法理与实践

我国采取物权请求权与侵权请求权竞合的模式,侵权责任法亦承载预防损害的功能。依功能定位的不同,八种侵权责任方式可划分为损害预防与损害赔偿两大类,停止侵害、排除妨碍、消除危险同属非损害赔偿责任方式。在现代社会中,妨害与损害概念的趋同性造成了许多学术误解,区分二者实有必要,非损害赔偿责任方式针对妨害源而非损害结果应成为理论共识。非损害赔偿责任方式虽不适用侵权归责原则,但亦非绝对无条件,而应遵循以违法性为责任成立要件、适度性为责任范围要件的规则,同时予以适当限缩,以体现利益衡量的法学思想。     

纳粹德国家庭政策：1933-1939

我国创新主体在日本、韩国的专利申请与保护——以日韩专利制度的特点为视角

日本、韩国是我国创新主体海外市场拓展及对外专利申请的主要目的国.我国创新主体在海外市场拓展过程中需要解读日本、韩国的相关专利制度,以便于保护自身合法权益.日本、韩国的专利制度既与我国专利制度有相似之处,也存在一些特点.通过介绍日本发明专利申请的加快审查程序、实用新型与发明的相互转化制度、外观设计实质审查制度、无效审判中较为特殊的程序以及专利侵权判断中具有特点的等同侵权判断规则和抗辩等制度,并对比介绍韩国"三轨制"审查程序、实质审查与形式审查并行的外观设计审查制度以及权利范围审判制度,为我国创新主体在日本、韩国的专利申请、确权与保护提供意见.     

Preliminary Study on Determining the Sequence of Intersecting Lines by Fluorescence Technique

The determination of the sequence of intersecting lines is an important part of questioned document examinations. A fluorescence technique was used to determine the sequence of heterogeneous intersecting lines produced using inkpad ink, stamp‐pad ink, ballpoint pens, gel pens, fountain pens, colorants of carbon paper, photocopiers, laser printers, and inkjet printers. A SteREO Discovery.V20 equipped with the ZEN Blue Lite software was chosen to perform the tests.As the results obtained from the study were positive under most conditions, the fluorescence technique was found to be very successful in determining the sequence of intersecting lines from ballpoint pen, gel pen, fountain pen, photocopier, laser and inkjet printers, and inkpad inks. The method was also successful in determining the sequence of intersecting lines from ballpoint pen, photocopier, laser printer, and stamp‐pad inks under most conditions. The technique was not successful in determining the order of crossing lines blending together.     

Study on the Method Used to Display Self‐fading Lines and Erasable Lines

Two new kinds of writing tools are popular in China's market. One is a self‐fading pen, and another is an erasable pen. The ink of the two kinds of writing tools has a remarkable characteristic that it can gradually fade or disappear under heat or be rubbed off. How to reveal the disappeared written lines is a very important question for document examiners. In this article, three series of ink line samples were made with five types of self‐fading pens, 18 types of erasable pens, and three types of papers. Temperature, humidity, and lighting are known as influential factors of the process, and the effect of fading was examined. Luminescence, ultraviolet (UV), sidelight, electrostatic indentation development,low temperature, and solution revealing methods are found to be effective methods used to reveal the disappeared written lines. The best operating conditions for each method were obtained from the conducted experiments.
