转变观念和角色构建心灵立交桥——高校实施历史教育培养学生创新能力的探索

当前在全国全面推行素质教育的时候，如何加强高等院校历史教育已成为高校全面素质教育的重要一环。本文以为高校历史教育在实际教学中，应加快教师队伍观念角色的转变，加大专业能力培养，构建良好氛围，努力培养个人创新能力。     

The Convergence of Terrorism and Transnational Crime in Central Asia

This article examines the convergence among ethnic groups, narco-traffickers, insurgents, and terror organizations in Central Asia. It analyzes the lucrative business of drug trafficking and the diffusion of globalization, which have undoubtedly brought these once disparate groups together. It will explore how the increasing movement of illicit goods and people, proliferation of transportation technology, growing infrastructure, cooperative ethnicities, as well as a shared need for funding, have provided these groups with an opportunity to consolidate their efforts in ways that were not possible in the past.     

药品安全事故犯罪中监督管理过失的预见可能性研究——以“郑筱萸”案为实证视角

药品安全事故犯罪中不仅需要追究生产企业本身的刑事责任,更要追究相关监督管理部门的渎职犯罪。渎职犯罪本质是一种监督管理过失,而监督管理过失认定的根本前提就在于行为人对危害结果是否存在预见可能性。预见可能性,是指行为时预见危害结果发生的客观可能性。有无预见能力的标准,应当以"行为人所属领域的处于相同地位和相同情况的一般人的预见能力"为标准。     

Consequences of Involvement in Distinct Patterns of Adolescent Peer and Dating Violence

Typological theoretical perspectives suggest that the consequences of involvement in peer and dating violence may depend on the particular pattern of violent behaviors that youth experience and/or engage in. Yet few studies have examined whether distinct patterns of dating and peer violence involvement differentially predict developmental outcomes. Using two waves of data, the current study examined the prospective associations between distinct patterns of peer and dating aggression and victimization, identified using latent class analysis, and a range of potential developmental outcomes in a general population sample of adolescents in the 8th to 10th grades (n?=?3068; 46% female, 58% White, 31% Black, 11% other race/ethnicity). The findings suggest that, compared to youth involved in other patterns of violence, youth involved in peer and dating violence as aggressors and victims are at greatest risk for negative sequelae, although results differed considerably for girls and boys and on the outcome variable and comparison groups being examined.     

Analysis of the Federal District’s Legislative Chamber in the Information Age

The study investigates the satisfaction with the work of the parliament of Brazilian Federal District. The survey was based on the competencies extracted from the institutional mission and targeted citizens who frequently use social networks. Inferential statistics were used to analyse the data. The results showed a great unsatisfaction about the institution. The most satisfied respondents are the less educated, while the most educated, older, and highest income respondents are the most unsatisfied. The results also highlighted the low interaction between respondents and the Chamber, the absence of an effective official communication channel, and actions associated with sustainable economic development will be more effective in increasing satisfaction.
