也谈农民问题

在我国,几亿农民所受的不公平的待遇是人所皆知的。但是,导致不公平待遇的原因和在哪些方面存在着不公平以及这种不公平的差距到底有多大,知之者不多,尤其是几亿农民了解者甚少。因此,大多数农民把他们生来具有的地位和所处的环境认为是命中注定的、上辈人带来的。所以,怨天尤人者少,更没有人向谁去讨这种不公。事实上,半个多世纪以来,这种城乡之间的差距并没有因为社会的发展而缩小了多少,而相反在有些方面或在不同的地区之间正在不断扩大。随着我国改革开放的逐步深入,随着我国法制建设的逐步完善和加入WTO,这种不公也越来越被世人所认识,国家也在采取措施和办法,来减少这种不公,缩小这种差距。本文所谈,目的是希望政府和每个国民都能认识到这种不公的存在,从而正视这个问题,去重视农民、关心农民,还农民一个公正与平等。     

对国际社会发展的一些认识

对国际社会发展进行理性反思,必然要求我们用马克思主义的基本原理来分析和研究当前的国际形势,也必然要求我们树立关于国际形势发展的新观点:发展越来越强烈地成为各国人民的共同意愿;经济全球化趋势的继续,将为全人类的发展提供坚实的物质基础;世界政治格局多极化趋势的继续,将是实现人类共同和平发展的促进力量;科技进步日新月异,将是实现全人类发展的最终物质决定力量。     

A case of sudden infant death due to massive hemorrhage in primitive neuroectodermal tumor.

A case of the sudden death of a 14-month-old girl due to massive hemorrhage in a primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is presented along with a review of the relevant literature. PNET is a rare, malignant brain neoplasm occurring predominantly in children.     

G3M T typing by dot immunobinding with monoclonal anti-G3M T antibody

Dilutions of 100 serum samples of various GM phenotypes were dotted onto a nitrocellulose membrane. The serum dot-blots were detected with peroxidase-labeled anti-G3M T monoclonal antibody (anti-G3M T MAb). Up to a 1 : 256 dilution could be G3M T-typed correctly. By use of anti-G3M T MAb and peroxidase-labeled anti-mouse IgG or the biotin-avidin system instead of use of labeled anti-G3M T MAb, up to a 1 : 512 or 1 : 1024, respectively, dilution was typable. As with previous work with G3M G MAb, the dot immunobinding (DIB) method for G3M T typing was found very simple and practical.

Democratization in East Asia in the late 1980s: Taiwan breakthrough,Hong Kong frustration

Political history took an unexpected turn in East Asia in the late 1980s. The booming movement in Hong Kong had gone downhill and suffered defeat, while the authoritarian Taiwan state actively sponsored genuine democratic reforms. What then explains the Taiwan democratic breakthrough and the Hong Kong democratic frustration? This article argues that conventional explanations offered in the modernization, the dependency, and the class literature—such as culture, liberal colonialism, wealth, new middle class, bureaucratic-authoritarian state, crises, and absence of conservative class coalition—are unable to account for the divergent paths of democratic development in Taiwan and Hong Kong. As an alternative, this article presents a model that highlights the importance of conjuncture factors. It is argued that since Taiwan and Hong Kong have shared similar structural conditions, researchers have to bring in conjuncture factors such as the historical event of Chinese unification, the capacity of the political agency to promote democratic reforms, and the strategy of protest in order to explain the Taiwan breakthrough and the Hong Kong frustration.     

婚姻无效的认定及法律后果

从效力上讲,无效婚姻和可撤销的婚姻都因欠缺婚姻成立要件而导致婚姻无效.无效婚姻是违反法律结婚实质要件的婚姻;可撤销婚姻是违背当事人真实意愿的婚姻.无效婚姻的情形多是违反社会公德、违反社会公共利益的行为;可撤销婚姻的情形多数为违反私人利益的行为.无效婚姻自始无效,属于当然无效;可撤销婚姻,如果当事人未在规定的期间内行使撤销权,则该婚姻一直有效.婚姻无效还影响着子女的抚养和财产的分割.     

AGE,DIFFERENTIAL EXPECTATIONS,AND CRIME DESISTANCE*

We specify an individual-level model linking crime desistance to estimates of legal risk, differential expectations, degree of past success at legitimate and criminal pursuits, and age. OLS and logistic regression procedures are used to estimate the model using longitudinal data on serious, previously imprisoned offenders. As predicted, age decreases estimates of the likely payoffs from crime and legitimate employment. Contrary to predictions, age is unrelated to the perceived legal risk of renewed criminal participation. Age, past success at avoiding confinement, expectations of success from crime, and level of education are significant predictors of crime desistance. Neither the perceived legal risk of crime nor expectations of success through straight pursuits significantly predict desistance. We suggest an interpretation for these anomalous findings.     

鸡IL-2和IL-15基因真核表达质粒对禽流感疫苗的免疫增强作用

根据GenBank中的鸡IL-2和IL-15序列设计了2对引物,采用RT-PCR法从山地乌骨鸡外周血淋巴细胞RNA中克隆了IL-2和IL-15基因,与pcDNA3.1连接构建了真核表达质粒pDNAIL-2和pDNAIL-15,研究了其对禽流感灭活疫苗的免疫增强作用。结果显示,免疫后第10d,pDNAIL-15 AI灭活疫苗组和pDNAIL-2 AI灭活疫苗组HI抗体水平显著高于AI灭活疫苗组(P<0.05)。免疫后第10 d,pDNAIL-15 AI灭活疫苗组CD4 淋巴细胞百分含量显著高于pDNAIL-2 AI灭活疫苗和AI灭活疫苗组(P<0.05);免疫后第23 d,pDNAIL-2 AI灭活疫苗组CD4 淋巴细胞百分率显著高于pDNAIL-15 AI灭活疫苗和AI灭活疫苗组(P<0.05)。证实pDNAIL-2和pDNAIL-15能提高禽流感灭活疫苗的免疫效果。
