Results of extraction of 2-nitroaniline and 2-nitro-4-methylaniline from aqueous solutions with organic solvents are shown to depend on the nature of extractants, pH of the aqueous phase, its saturation with water and electrolytes. The optimal conditions for the extraction of the compounds of interest are created by using water-saturated ethylacetate as the extractant at a pH value in the range from 1.0 to 12.0. The rate of extraction was calculated necessary to remove the desired amounts of 2-nitroaniline and 2-nitro-4-methylaniline from aqueous solutions using the above solvents. 相似文献

Optimal conditions for the identification and quantitative determination of tetraethyltiuram disulfide in "fresh" and putrefactive tissues of cadaverous liver are described for the purpose of TLC, HPLC, and IK-spectrophotometry following extraction of the compound of interest with ethyl acetate and its purification on a silicagel L column, 40/100 mcm. The persistence of tetraethyltiuram disulfide in the cadaverous tissues was evaluated. It was shown that the period during which tetraethyltiuram disulfide can be detected in the autopsied tissues decreases from 203 to 28 days with a rise in temperature from -15 degrees C to +36 degrees C. 相似文献

The authors provide the results of extraction of 2-amino-4-nitrophenol and 4-phenilphenol from aqueous solutions by five organic soluvants. The dependence of the extraction degree on some factors (nature of extragent, pH of aqueous phase medium, extragents saturation with water) was established. Necessary extraction rate for isolation of preset quality of the test substances was calculated. 相似文献

The distribution of 4-methylphenol in warm-blooded animals (rabbits) was studied after intragastric administration of the toxin. 4-methylphenol (free or bound) is present largely in the urine, liver and kidney tissues. 相似文献

Characteristics of distribution of dipyridamolum in the organism of warm-blooded animals (rats) after its intragastric introduction were studied. It was established that intact dipyridamolum in great quantity was present in visceras, blood and excrements of poisoned animals. In the greatest quantity dipyridamolum was present in excrements, tissues of stomach, small intestine, lung, spleen and kidney. 相似文献

The optimal conditions for the isolation of beta-cypermethrin from biological materials by means of dioxane extraction have been developed. The possibility to purify beta-cypermethrin from endogenous impurities is demonstrated by combination of liquid-liquid extraction and chromatography through a silica gel column (L 40/100 mcm). It is shown that identification and quantitative determination of beta-cypermethrin extracted from the cadaveric liver tissues are possible using such techniques as thin-layer chromatography, electron spectrometry, and chromato-mass spectrometry. A method for forensic chemical expertise of the presence of beta-cypermethrin in biological materials is described. 相似文献

The optimal conditions for the isolation of esfenvalerate from the biological specimens have been determined. It was shown that this compound can be separated from the endogenous component of a biological material by means of liquid-liquid extraction and chromatography on a L 40/100 mcm silica gel column. The identification and quantitative analysis of esfenvalerate extracted from cadaveric liver and blood can be accomplished with the use of thin layer chromatography, UV and IR spectrophotometry as well as chromatomass spectrometry. 相似文献

Acetone is proposed as an isolating agent for dipiridamol isolation from biological fluids. Purification of the isolates was performed with liquid-liquid extraction and colon chromatography with silasorb C-18 sorbent. The technique of dipiridamol detection in the blood and urine is described. The assays results are presented. 相似文献
