新媒体对青少年价值观形成影响的调查

新媒体来势汹汹,铺天盖地始料不及,一夜之间改变了我们,尤其是青少年的生活方式,特别是对青少年的价值观形成带来了不可估量的冲击和影响。为了确保青少年价值观健康形成,首先要:第一,优化媒介环境。当前的媒介环境存在着媒体引导偏移、文化煽情引导、报道失当等伦理错位。建立健全青少年价值观形成中新媒体信息监管机制,对新媒体的价值影响实施有效的监控和合理的引导,以先进的文化和思想给青少年健康成长创造新媒体环境。第二,提高青少年新媒体媒介素养。作为生存在数字化一代的青少年来说,媒介素养的高低尤为重要。通过引导的方法和新媒体伦理教育,强化青少年的媒体道德意识和法制观念,促使青少年树立自律意识和正确使用新媒体观念,培养和提高青少年拒绝诱惑能力,自觉遵守媒体规范与道德,合理使用新媒体。第三,以新媒体为平台,构建价值观引导网络。新媒体为青少年价值观引导提供了广阔的平台,其虚拟性和匿名性为传统价值观引导提供全新的视角。加强平台网站文化建设,凸显主流文化,增强主流文化吸引力和感召力,使价值观引导新媒体平台成为满足青少年需要的主渠道和主窗口。第四,加强高中阶段青少年使用新媒体的引导。     

国际金融危机下俄罗斯经济安全述评

由于经济转型国家的宏观经济处于"不安全"运行的区间,国际金融危机对经济转型国家的经济安全造成重大的威胁.本文研究俄罗斯经济安全战略,指出俄罗斯2009年<新国家安全战略>的变化与特点、俄罗斯国家"经济安全临界值"的内容和要点;对1998年与2008年国际金融危机中俄罗斯的经济安全状况进行比较分析;为经济转型国家应对国际金融危机、保障和维护国家的金融和经济安全提供借鉴,为探索转型国家经济安全的路径选择提供理论支撑.     

Job Expectations and Career Goals of Title IV-E Child Welfare Social Workers with Varying Levels of Work Experience: How Do They Differ?

A comparison of three groups of Title IV-E child welfare workers revealed significant differences among all groups on job expectations and career goals. New workers reported most positive expectations for their jobs, and greatest interest in child welfare careers and in pursuing educational goals. Seasoned workers expressed least positive expectations and least interest in future child welfare careers and educational goals. Findings may assist universities in student selection and curriculum. Child welfare agencies may benefit in areas of recruitment, training, and policies. Realistic job previews might moderate high expectations for new workers and reduce unmet expectations for experienced workers.

Beijing’s New Strategies toward a Changing Taiwan

Beijing’s new strategies toward Taiwan are informed by neo-functionalism derived from European experiences, assuming that economic integration will eventually lead to political accommodation and integration. Despite the surprising Sunflower Movement and the fiasco of the Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT) in the 2014 local elections, Beijing will try its best to maintain the momentum of peaceful development of cross-Strait relations. Facing a brand new Taiwan that seems an oddity to the mainland, however, Beijing has adapted to ‘the new normal’ with a slower pace, refocusing on the economic and cultural issues. Whether or to what degree Beijing will change its asymmetric engagements with the two main parties on the island, however, is contingent upon whether the KMT and the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) can reach a balance of power domestically and whether their policies toward the mainland converge rather than diverge. At any rate, Beijing is likely to pay more attention to ordinary people’s feelings about cross-Strait economic and cultural exchanges and consider quality of cross-Strait exchange as more important than quantity of activities.     

谈人民警察核心价值观的培育——以辽宁省初任民警(非公安类)培训为例

人民警察核心价值观的塑造与培育,为非公安类初任民警履行人民警察的职责夯实了思想基础.只有结合非公安类学员的特点,积极引导他们认知、认同警察核心价值观,才能使他们在实践中真正内化为行为价值取向.本文以辽宁警察学院培训部教学与管理的经验为背景,积极探讨非公安类学员人民警察核心价值观培养的路径,为民警培训工作提供有意义的参考.     

Parental involvement in adolescent romantic relationships: patterns and correlates

This study examined dimensions of mothers’ and fathers’ involvement in adolescents’ romantic relationships when offspring were age 17. Using cluster analysis, parents from 105 White, working and middle class families were classified as positively involved, negatively involved, or autonomy-oriented with respect to their adolescents’ romantic relationships. Patterns of parental involvement were generally not associated with parent–offspring relationship quality at about adolescent age 13, but earlier parent–offspring relationship quality moderated the associations between parental involvement and adolescent romantic experiences at about age 18. Positive parent–offspring relationship quality buffered the effects of negative parental involvement, whereas poorer parent–offspring relationship quality was a more adaptive context for adolescents of autonomy-oriented parents. Discussion focuses on the importance of parenting practices in adolescent romantic relationships and the emotional climate of parent–offspring relationships as a developmental context for those practices.
