讲好普通高校《音乐鉴赏》课的三个环节

音乐欣赏作为审美教育的重要手段之一,主要是使听众通过音乐,从中获得音乐美的享受.目前,许多高校都相继开设了<音乐鉴赏>课,以培养学生的音乐审美情感,提高其音乐审美能力.在普通高校讲好<音乐鉴赏>这门课程,应充分运用电教手段,激发学生的学习热情,同时应加强课堂互动,培养学生的参与意识.

Securing Economic Relations Across the Taiwan Straits: New challenges and opportunities

Cross-Taiwan Straits economic interaction is a political as well as an economic issue. General trends of economic interdependence and globalization that are weakening the role of the nation state should promote a focus of shared 'civilian governance' between Taiwan and mainland China. WTO entry will provide opportunities as well as challenges for cross-Strait economic relations. In anticipation of this dynamic, the new government in Taiwan is attempting to design a new national security web to guarantee Taiwan's 'economic security' in coping with Taiwan's increasing economic dependence on mainland China. As one key agent of globalization, economic cooperation in the urban areas on both sides of the Taiwan Strait may potentially improve relations between Taiwan and mainland China. As decentralization and privatization on mainland China proceed, major cities have developed closer interaction and systems of accountability with the civil society. From a prudent perspective, developing functional cooperation between Taiwan and mainland China at the urban level could be a first substantial step to confidence building between these two economies.

民事执行和解制度作为具有中国特色的一项司法制度,在实践中有着广泛的应用,但也存在一些问题,这主要表现在其性质、效力及救济等问题上的争议。在分析这些问题的基础上,提出一些相应的完善建议,以期更好地发挥执行和解制度的作用和价值。     

Soybean agri-food systems dynamics and the diversity of farming styles on the agricultural frontier in Mato Grosso,Brazil

Soybean production in South America has become a symbol of commodity crops produced on a large scale for the agribusiness geared to global markets. However, in practice, there are diverse styles of farming, ranging from the very large scale to the small scale, associated with different social relations of production. This diversity of farm types is often overlooked within the focus on the stereotypical large-scale farm. Any understanding of the social dynamics of relations of production and farming practices, and so insights into longer term trajectories of agrarian change, must also go beyond a simplistic dichotomous vision of large-scale versus small-scale farming.     

英美法系的历史转型

20世纪以来，英美法系处于剧魁的历史转型之中，为了配合从守夜人国家向福利国家转型而导致的国家统治方式发生的变化，现代社会对于司法效率的更高追求等国内社会环境的变化，英美法系的法律渊源、诉讼程序、法律分类等方面的基本特征发生了重大修正，表现出向大陆法系靠近的趋势。与此同时，法律全球化和区域化也促成了英美法系与大陆法系相互融合的历史新趋势。

法律信仰是指人们对法律极其信服和崇敬,并自觉地将法律作为自己行动的指南.司法公开对培养公民的法律信仰有重要的作用,其最直接的作用在于让群众知法,最重要的作用在于让群众信法,最终追求目标在于群众自觉守法和用法,也即形成法律信仰.     

西方国家公共管理社会化的经验与启示

西方国家公共管理社会化的主要经验是：重视市场机制的作用、突出社会中介组织的职能以及由此所导致的政府管理理念、组织结构与管理手段方式的深刻变化。我国政府应顺应社会发展要求，立足自身实际，在切实转变政府职能、逐步引入市场竞争机制和不断培育社会自治能力上努力借鉴与创新。     

刑事案件中精神损害的定位与救济

根据我国现有刑法、刑事诉讼法及相关司法解释,精神损害赔偿是刑事案件中的禁区,这既不利于保障受害人的人格利益,也不符合法制统一的要求。本文从精神损害赔偿的价值内涵角度,探讨了我国刑事案件中精神损害赔偿的定位,提出了构建我国刑事案件精神损害救济的基本制度,这对于完善我国精神损害赔偿的刑事立法,加强对公民民事权利的保障具有积极意义。
